I had the absolute honor of being served by the top employee (per his colleague) at this establishment, Cece. Dude was on his game, it really amped up my otherwise average Tuesday night. So glad I came here instead of dealing with those jokers at White Castle across the street. Culver’s never ceases to impress, I feel like home values should be increased when they’re in close proximity to a Culver’s. Also appreciate the Xmas tree they had here.. again, a big flex on White Castle.

Place a simple order Cod meal extra tartar sauce and cheese the bread looks toasted but it was burnt, and the Cod was burnt also…if I wasn’t on my way to work I would’ve went back and asked the manager to eat it!!! It was a waste of time and money.

I have never had a bad experience at culvert. The staff are always welcoming and helpful. Recently went to get a curd burger. Wow the cheese curd was as big as the burger patty. We even got free samples of the flavor of the day. I enjoy comming here and look forward to comming back here.

September 24th was my first time at Culver’s. I wanted something new. I checked the menu out and I seen a sourdough Melt and I Zoomed over!
I ordered a meal with an extra custard with Oreo and peanut butter sauce.
Now when the employee handed me the bag I can spell Burn bread. And what do you know . A CHARCOAL SANDWICH. I’m highly upset.
I didn’t want to drive to Steak ‘n Shake for my melt
They didn’t apologize and I waited 5 minutes for someone to greet me at the counter.
Shame on them for $19 bucks

Making a note to myself never to stop here again when passing through on the interstate. A little late on the review as it was June 13. I took a couple bites out of my burger after getting in my truck and it was drenched in mustard and grease and one of the pickles were on the outside. I couldn’t hold the burger. The employees seemed more interested in socializing than doing their best work.

Got shorted a cheese curd. Called, no one answered. I left a message and gave all my details and asked for someone to call me back. No one called me back. I go there the next day and ask to get my cheese curd that was shorted and they refuse to give and said that it’s not their problem.

I went to this culvers on 1/11/2026, I wish I hadn’t. It was so bad! I had 3 meals, they forgot one of my fries so I tell the guy, he took so long coming back I said just forget it and I left. Especially after tasting the fries, they were cold and way to salty. The cheese burgers were cold. Nothing I had was decent. I watched them take food from one car exchanging it with another. I will never return to this culvers.

Staff is always nice and the food is fresh but the drive thru is a bit messy. I usually end up ordering then running inside to grab my food because if not I will be in the drive thru for 15 mins+ watching one guy bring out one order every 10-12 mins.

What is going on with the CURDS and the BUNS, guys?
I’ve eaten approximatedly 31,200 cheese curds, 1 order a week, for the past 25 years.
They new ones are gross. No flavor, half-filled, over cooked.
As well as the BREAD…dry, flavorless BUNS SMASHED TO HELL.
Your prices go up, the quality SHOULD AT LEAST stay the SAME..not GO DOWN.
Fix it.

Never had an issue at a culvers but it was close to closing time. Fries was very cold. Most likely just because it was 15 mins till they close. I’ll give them another try.
