Unfortunately I went the last 10 mins thinking they didn’t close to 11 but closed at 10 and it was a disaster. I first got a concrete mixer with cheesecake and salted caramel and it had plastic pieces in it. At first I thought it was just a mistake until I saw lots of pieces in the icecream.
Then I ordered a butter burger with bacon and it was no bun on the top and I was VERY upset. Usually I never have this issue with culvers but it has left a bad taste in my mouth

So today we went to Culver’s to get ice cream because my family, and I were craving for food, but the employees barely put any in ice cream in our containers. So I’m curious if it’s just me when I buy it or it’s the location. Also it makes me feel cheated out that we have to pay $5-6 dollars to barely get any ice cream in the containers. I ordered a shake and a small fry. I had to wait a few minutes only for my fries to he luke warm and most of them brown, old. The kid at the window was nice.

The people taking orders almost never get my order right. It’s kinda frustrating. I don’t come here very often but it’s amazing how often they input an incorrect order. Today for example, asked for a single cheeseburger, as a meal with fries and drink. Person with me in car just ordered cheese curds. (The lady even looked at my guest when they ordered their side). They put it in as a double cheeseburger, no fries, and cheese curds instead of fries. Why??

Walleye dinner was great. Flaky and done good. Coleslaw is delishious. Fries are fries. Taters sauce is good. Culver’s own. Butter burgers where on point. Fountain drinks fill your own and refill a plenty. Did notice quite a few missed places orders brought to other people’s be table.

The worse Culvers I have ever been to. I love Culver’s, and this Culver’s is right by my house so we were hoping to go a lot. But y’all, the roof is leaking in several places and the staff just aren’t friendly like they are at the other locations. The food is fine, the ice cream is fine, but there are so many other restaurants in this area you might skip this one.
