Sham Service was so good. She was nice. She was happy to help you. She greets you through the door and all that stuff like she has the best service ever I might even come back tomorrow and leave her a tip but overall the service in here is so good attitudes were on point. I love Culver’s but for some reason the peanut butter concrete mixers are absolutely awful now. There is this weird consistency to it despite how many times I mix it. I’ll attach a photo. Is it the type of peanut butter you guys are using now? Because this is not the only location this has happened at. I haven’t tried any other flavor so I’m not sure if it’s the ice cream or the peanut butter.

This is by far my favorite store. My food is always fresh, comes out fast, and when I dine in the store is always clean. Employees are really professional and nice. My favorites are Sham, Tammy, and Ashley. They keep this place alive with their happy positive attitudes.

I love the fish sandwich. It has a really nice taste. The French fries are tasty, but the pretzel bites are definitely a great choice too! I couldn’t eat just one! The custard ice cream is something that has me going back again and again. The staff are extremely friendly and smile every time I visit. The service time was impressive. If this was my first impression of a Culver’s, I’d never return.
Service was laughably slow. Took a little more than 10 minutes to get my basket. The restaurant wasn’t slammed with a lunch or dinner rush. The burger came out cold, the fries in the center of the bag were hot. The fries around the edge of the bag were cool. A sign that the basket sat in the window too long.
I had made a previous visit and the cheese curds were cold. There doesn’t seem to be a sense of urgency here.
You’re better off going somewhere else.

I went in Friday evening to get carry out. I ordered a fish sandwich without cheese and extra tartar sauce, pretzel bites with cheese, double cheeseburger with onion rings and a strawberry shake for my father. The worker was walking around with my order on a tray although I ordered it to go. When a got home, 5 minutes away the fish had almost no tartar sauce on it. The cheese sauce with the pretzel bites was so watery it had no taste and had to be thrown away. I ate 2 bites of the fish because it was too dry with the small amount of tartar sauce. I get tired of paying good money for food that is subpar. I was tired from working all week. Do better Culvers. It wasn’t the worker that took my order because he took and ordered it right.

Ashley and Tammy were awesome with their customer service. Times are hard with increased prices, so good customer service goes a long way.

Went to Culvers on Rockville Rd today. Just getting home and about to warm up my sandwich & this is what it looks like! I’m SO disappointed! Their prices are to high to send out food like this! Don’t think I’ll be going back anytime soon if EVER!!!
