First Friday of Lent 2026. Just got the 3 piece walleye dinner for my wife and I. Got an extra roll, fries and slaw. HOLY COW what a meal! Amazing walleye! They win the fish dinner game! Truly a fish fry flavor! A lot of food too! Get some! I took it home and it stayed piping hot!

I love Culver’s and have been to several locations. Beech Grove location is very slow compared to others. They could learn a lot from the Fisher’s location. They crank ‘em through! I was in drive thru at BG, waited in line 10 minutes b4 ordering and another 10 minutes to get my food. Yes a Friday evening at 7pm but should still have been quicker but the food was great!

Buckle up because I’ve got a story to tell. I stopped by target and decided to get Culver’s, my mom ordered it so I could pick it up on the way home. To my surprised and dismay, there are in fact two Culver’s located near target. I checked in for curdside at 9:22 pm. Waited. Continued to wait. The minutes passed. Little did I know, they were frantically phoning my mom, who was frantically phoning me. Once again luck was not on my side and my phone was on sleep mode. By the time I realized maybe I was at the wrong Culver’s, it was too late. The correct Culver’s was 15 minutes away, and it was 9:55, five minutes before close.
I decided, boldly, to try anyways. I drove over, arriving ten minutes past closed, and pulled into a curdside parking spot. I couldn’t press the I’m here button, because I my mother had pressed it 50 minutes ago when she thought I was at the correct Culver’s. So I just waited. I didn’t want to bother them, maybe they wouldn’t notice and they’d just go home. Maybe they would notice and deliver the devastating news that my burger and fries were lost to time. Shockingly, something even better happened.
15 minutes had passed and I had lost hope. But then, just as I was about to pull away, my savior came knocking on my window. One of the employees brought my food out, REMADE FRESH. Nikki, my hero, graced me with my paper bag and was very polite about my tardiness.
The moral of the story is, shoutout to this amazing Culver’s. And, shoutout to the amazing Nikki, who saved my day, my life, and like 40 dollars. I will never forget your curd kindness.

I visited Culver’s on Monday, 5/15 and it was the BEST customer service experience I’ve had in a long time. EVERYONE was professional, kind, made wonderful suggestions and were even mindful of my braces to ensure I didn’t order anything too crunchy. Being a visitor to the area made this all the more pleasant and I want to personally honor this crew for making my day that day. Keep up the good work. Carry out order at Shear Ave location in Indianapolis. Fries were burnt, employees argued with me and said they were fresh. Refused to give me fries that were not burnt. They looked burnt and tasted burnt as well! Horrible service and horrible product.

We were warmly greeted as we came into the restaurant and as we left. I really loved my chicken tender meal with fries and of course my frozen custard concrete creation. My husband loved his chicken sandwich amd cheese curds. I’ve never had a bad experience with Culver’s. Their rootbeer is easily craveable!
