My food was super cold. My pretzels had my shake in it. My shake when i got it was just liquid. Was warm. How do i go to cold food and a drink that’s supposed to be cold but is room temperature??? Will take my money elsewhere and avoid this address at all cost. Very disappointing. I spent extra money on sauce and didn’t get anything.

One of the best fast-food foods I’ve had in a while. The food tasted fresh, the butter burger tasted like I was biting into heaven. The food wasn’t just amazing, but the staff were very kind and helped us a lot! I would 100% recommend this Culver’s to anyone around or coming through!

My mom went to this location today and got a single mushroom and Swiss butterburger. Whoever was on grill clearly did not smash the patty enough and it was RAW in the center. She also had only a couple mushrooms on the burger. As someone who is a trainer at a different Culver’s, I suggest whomever was on your grill this evening gets retrained on how to press patties and how long to cook them for before someone gets sick.

I’ve been meaning to get on here and leave a review… I was in town and stopped at the Culver’s here and had one of the best fast food experiences that I’ve had… Jason I believe his name was? A manager?… Anyway, was super nice and helpful And the food I got was actually hot. Definitely recommend stopping by if you’re in town.

Ordering food was easy. Restrooms were clean, there is only 2 stalls though, wish there was more. Very busy. Food was hot and delicious, drinks and icecream were cold and highly recommend the buffalo tenders!

Best way to make a “Malt” at Culver’s is to get a large concrete mixer and your two toppings are “hot fudge” and “Hot fudge” then add the third one as “malt powder” ( they charge you for malt powder no matter what so get the extra hot fudge and make sure they use actual “hot fudge” and not that “RTU” stuff)
It is the best malt ever, check ✔️ out the pic and video below!!

Food was ok, anything not cooked in the fryer was pretty dry. The building itself was very clean, but bathroom stall wall was falling apart and towel dispenser not working.
