Jesse was working the drive-thru and has superior customer service skills. He sounds like he does his best at work, being patient and understanding with the customer. Also, didn’t hesitate to let me know further options.

Placed an order last night for curbside pickup. FYI need to go around building and park on side in front of the drive through. When I clicked I’m here my food was brought out quickly and I was greeted with a smile.

Culver’s is a reliable stop for a satisfying meal or a sweet treat. Their crinkle-cut French fries are always hot, crispy, and made fresh to order. My wife especially enjoys their cheeseburger and cheese curds, both of which never disappoint. The root beer is rich and flavorful, adding to the great experience. Service is consistently excellent, and the location is conveniently situated off the highway, making it an easy and worthwhile stop when traveling through the area. A solid choice for quality food and a welcoming atmosphere!

This place has a bit of everything. Our family of 5 is prettt picky. Every likes different things but this place has burgers, fries, fish, chicken, desserts, etc. Our favorite about this restaurant location is the service. We integrated with several employees and each one was extremely nice and helpful. Had one that noticed my son didn’t care much for his sandwich and she came over to see if she could get him something different. That’s above and beyond in my book.
We were just passing through when we stopped in but would definitely stop back in when back in the area. Thanks Culvers team

Culver’s

Culver’s makes some of the best burgers around—always fresh, flavorful, and cooked just right—and that part of my visit absolutely lived up to expectations. Unfortunately, the overall experience fell short due to how an issue was handled.

My order was mixed up, and it wasn’t the cashier’s fault. The young man at the register was genuinely trying to make things right and handled the situation professionally. What was disappointing was seeing a manager berate him in front of customers. That should never happen, especially when an employee is doing their best to fix a problem.

Great food, no question—but customer service and leadership matter. Because of how that situation was handled, I’d give this location three stars. I hope management takes this as an opportunity to support their staff better, because the food itself is worth coming back for.

I’ve been to many different Cluver’s locations over the years and this was by far the dirtiest I’ve ever seen. The drink station was horrible to be nice there was food all over the floor almost no clean tables. There was almost no one in the dining room or drive through and we had to go ask for our food it was like they forgot that we had ordered. This location is definitely not up to the standard of all the rest I’ve been to. Do better!!

The chicken on the salad was raw. When we returned it the kids acted like it was an inconvenience. We wanted something different but they gave us the same salad. We’re used to Culver’s employees being friendly and helpful. We even had kids that worked at a Culver’s so it was big disappointment. I ordered ice cream and it wasn’t what I ordered. A lady had come in from the drive through while we were having an issue. They had been waiting for 25 minutes for their food. I won’t be returning.

I stopped at this culver’s and ordered a burger. I paid at the window and then the cashier chased me down and said it didn’t go through so I gave him my credit card and was charged more money the second time. both went through-two different charges. When I called the store and talked to a manager I was told there was nothing they could do and didn’t even seem concerned or sorry. very concerning. Won’t be stopping there again.

Let me say the fries were cooked to perfection! I have had a lot of fries in my day but honestly these were some of the best I have had.
This Culver’s was very nice.. they even had a small counter with stools for you to wait at for your to go order AND it had a plug like at the airport.. so you can charge while you wait. Our burgers were great also.
