I decided I couldn’t let this eat at me anymore. I don’t like leaving negative reviews, but after spending almost $20 ($18+ change) just for myself to eat, I was just too disappointed to let it pass. My issue is not with the service. I had a young black male who was extremely nice (no disrespect as I’m biracial) so kudos because service is an issue in other restaurants. My disappointment is with the food quality and possible timeliness of my order. I ordered the Butter Burger basket w/cheese, fries, Rootbeer and a Concrete Mixer (Chocolate Custard w/ Oreo and Heath Mix-ins). I was disappointed when I arrived home and noticed the usual amount of a Concrete was not contained in the cup (strange since I live 2miles away). I am wondering if it was made while my food was prepared? If that’s the case, I still don’t see how it should’ve melted to this. I was also disappointed with my Butter Burger Bun, as the outter edges of the bun was dry and hard.
I understand other customers may not have ordered an entire meal, but I watched 4 – 5 cars come and go after I placed my order and I was still waiting patiently, only to get home and be disappointed by the quality. I expect better quality at Culvers, especially for the price.

AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOURE HUNGRY AND YOU EXPECT TO GET THE FOOD YOU ORDERED!!!! This is the 3rd different time I’ve been through the drive through and ordered VALUE BASKETS and not gotten fries. It should not my responsibility to check the bag when there’s teenagers running the food out to us, that’s their whole job! Don’t leave the store until you’re ABSOLUTELY SURE you have ALL the food someone ordered. I’m so sick of this place, they do not check the orders before delivering the food to my car. I’m sick of paying for food that I never actually get. I will be escalating this to corporate because these young kids can’t even give me the food that I ordered, they’re too busy laughing and goofing off with each other. The drive through is a JOKE! How hard is it to give people the food they ordered??? Dave Dragoo is the manager, he needs to see this so he can correct this problem.

I don’t usually do this, but the past 2 times we have been to this Culver’s it’s been horrible service and by the same employee, Kaitlyn. First time we went and surprisingly walked in with no wait. Not one person in line and they have 3 registers. Two of them had employees. The employees were just talking to each other and another employee who was bagging food for the drive thru. After a couple minutes I started paying attention to the fact that none of this had to do with an order ahead of mine or their place of work at all. I kept standing there waiting for someone to say literally anything… welcome to Culver’s, hi sorry one minute, anything?? Nope it was like I wasn’t even there. I get customer service has gone down hill but damn. I walked out. And the girls wanted their Culver’s so we went to the best one near us at River & 32. Shout out to them since they are always amazing!!

Second time tonight and we are in the drive thru. I also am someone that makes sure I know what my kids want so I can get it out quickly, after all this is fast food. I’ve never been more rushed in my life at a Culver’s or any fast food for that matter. Here’s a snap shot:

Ordered 3 kids meals and this review would be way too long if I shared that part haha ‍♂️

No question of making it a basket. No question of what drink.
Then ordered my wife’s….. let’s just say she didn’t get her fries cause at that point I was dumbfounded and said “hey umm what’s happening right now? Are you trying to rush us for some reason? Kaitlyn giggles and says….. “anything else”

I can’t believe I’m sharing this much, but it was that strange of an experience and to be the same girl I just had to say something. Pull that employee and train her how to interact with people especially in that type of business.

Stole my money! I ordered pickup NOT from this location for location on US 421 but the app placed it to this location. When I show up at 421 they say they don’t hav the order says this happens all the time and to replace order and Call the Westfield location and they will refund me. I did just that but every time I called Westfield for an hour I got continuous ringing. I finally got someone later the same day he said the owner won’t refund me and to dispute with my bank. Long story short they denied it and my bank won’t give me my money back and I paid $30 for one meal and someone at the restaurant probably gave my food away or just ate it and kept my money. Customer service is non existent anymore and I will never get food at any CULVERS because of this experience.

I submitted a lunchtime curbside pick-up order on Sunday, Oct 19. I pulled up to a curbside parking spot and waited for my order. I waited approx 15 minutes. I walked inside to pick-up my order myself. I discover that it was still not ready for pick-up.

A female associate spoke with me, and I informed her of my curbside order that I want to pick up. She turns to a male employee to ask about it, and he blows up at her, which is so incredibly disrespectful and rude.

Employees yelling at each other IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS is a very bad look, clearly there was a communication breakdown which could have been handled better. Management should take this opportunity to teach their direct reports on EFFECTIVE AND RESPECTFUL communication.

You all have done much better before, maintain that standard.

Also, you guys screwed up our order.

Unbelievably slow in the drive through. If you’re tight on time don’t stop here. We ordered 1 kids meal and had to walk in to get it. It was just sitting there getting skipped over while everyone behind us was getting served. Beyond annoying.

They messed up our order and as an apology gave us a card for a free mixer with two toppings. When we went to redeem it the cashier said we owed money because nuts were not included. We didn’t know that, so we asked for Carmel instead. The cashier seemed overwhelmed by the request. We pulled forward as usual. they brought food to cars in line behind us and then we stopped an employee to ask because it was only one mixer. She acted annoyed and said I’ll check but move up. A while later another employee came out with a melted mixer with only one mix in.

Half the sauces that we paid for were missing from the order, no napkins whatsoever, the cheese curds we received were half full and cold, the frys had zero salt on them. This is not the quality we expected when going to culvers, will be going to the 116 location from now on.

Drive thru
12 vehicles get handed there food and when I finally get someone’s attention. They tell me they gave my order to someone else. My order for 1 burger took 33 minutes. By they time I left i watched 27 vehicles get there items
