Had to order a double burger basket and my burger was brought out to me on three different occasions and each time the Burger King back to me more and more undercooked at first I thought it was a joke then reality set in that this person that is cooking my food is purposely trying to cause harm to me because I have stated on three different occasions after sending 3 different raw burgers back they tried to short me $5 when returning my change. So that was another 10 minutes. I needed my burger no pink extra well done. When that could NOT HAPPEN I ASKED FOR MY MONEY BACK AND THEY COULDN’T GET THAT BACK……NEVER EVER EVER AGAIN WILL I Even drive through the parking lot to make a TURNAROUND. HORRIBLE.. LOOK CAREFULLY AT UR FOOD WHEN GOING HERE. ….SHAME SHAME SHAME. Don’t ask me what is on this raw bacon or on this burger I have no idea but it was not something that I would want to eat. Everybody else had such great reviews I guess it just depends on who you are and you remember and where you are

I wanted to share my recent experience, which was a series of unfortunate events. First, we waited 30 minutes for our food. Then, getting the drink order right became another issue, requiring three separate attempts from the staff. While the manager was kind and helpful, they provided a coupon for two free meals that upon closer inspection expired that very day. Despite the high quality of the food, the service was a complete disaster.
