We stopped here for lunch because my wife kept saying we had to try it. So we did, and yikes. The staff seemed confused and unsure of what to do, even with simple orders. It took 16 minutes for our food to arrive. My drink was forgotten and only brought out later, about five minutes after the meal. The grilled chicken tasted like processed frozen meat and was tough like shoe leather. My wife’s salad came with chicken that was dry and rubbery. The mashed potatoes were also disappointing, bland and without any flavor. For a town full of fast food options, Culver’s doesn’t even make the cut. Overall I wouldn’t waste money here again. Honestly, I wouldn’t go back even if it were free. Pick somewhere else and you’ll be doing yourself a favor.

Food was okay, store is new and clean. I like the dinning area even have US-b& c ports at some tables.

Food is great, however they need to get it together.
On 2/28 we went for dinner and when we got home, we noticed one of the sandwiches was missing. No big deal — I went back, they gave me the sandwich and a coupon for a free one next time, which was awesome and appreciated.
Fast forward to tonight — only one car in front of me, so not busy. We used the free sandwich coupon and I ordered a combo meal as well. Got home and the onion rings were missing… lol.
Love the food, but they really need to double-check the orders before handing them out.
And I guess I need to start checking as well

Website said 11.81 for 3 pc cod dinner. Rang up as 17.89 NOT including a drink. I was told becasue my two classic sides I picked (mashed pot and APPLESAUCE) were “premium sides ” and thats why the price jumped. Applesauce is a premium side?!?! Haha I will never go here again. Wrote this post waiting in the drive through parked waiting for food next to the other 4 cars. What a joke. …. update! Just got food… pick of the premium applesauce: hahahaha

The food was great. Pretzel bites and cheese curds are amazing. Homeade rootbeer is outstanding and the ice cream is wonderful. That’s where positives stop. Orders are almost always wrong. They make the ice cream first while you wait 30 to 60 minutes for an order to be ready. So, by the time they hand you the order, the ice cream is liquid, but they refuse to remake it. And don’t order online. It’s even worse. Melted ice cream and totally wrong orders. Missing or incorrect orders is a real issue at many local fast food places, but because of the prices here ( higher than average fast food) and ruined ice cream, it is a much bigger issue. Hopefully they start better staffing and training and this resolves.

The whole point of going to a restaurant is so you don’t have to cook it at home. I went through a drive-through and my order was brought to me incorrectly. Apparently we do not check the orders before they are brought out to the cars? When the employee finally came back out to the cars with other orders and I mentioned that my order was incorrect I was told yeah they know but they thought I left. They didn’t even check to see if I left and then instead of bringing the food that was missing out immediately because they told me it was done. They waited until they had more orders to bring out. I had a soggy hamburger sandwich, which was the item that was missing. And I had cold cheese, curds, and a crispy chicken sandwich. To make this whole meal salvageable I had to put it in my oven and reheat it. I could’ve made this at home. I think some training is in order because this is not the first time I have had issues at this location. I’ve given you the benefit of the doubt in the past since you were newly opened, but not anymore. Get your act together or you won’t be in business long.

As I walked in, it looked& felt like home town sit down food place from yrs ago.. It was very familiar & comfortable feel. Store was clean and appeared well maintained inside & out. Staff greeted us upon arrival w warm, friendly smiles. We came in to use token kids got from Culver’s Ice cream mascot was handing out at Mccc Trunk/treat event..As small town I like to support local owned business that contribute & give back to our community.
There were 4-6 tables w groups of ppl that were dining in and enjoying the food. The vibe was good.. Ice cream cone was VERY GOOD ! My 10yo noticed a difference in this cone and other places she really like it..

First time I’ve been to Culver’s. Tried the beef pot roast sandwich. It was awesome. The crinkle fries were nice & hot. We will definitely be back.

Went thru the drive thru Sunday 1/18, early evening, and the girl “C” at the speaker / window was trippin or something. She couldn’t remember parts of our 3 orders, kept having me repeat because she forgot what drink or what toppings we wanted. When I got to the window she didn’t remember what she had or had not given us yet. Luckily the busser who brought out our food, realized we weren’t given our ice cream so he had to run back in for it. Maybe “C” needs some caffeine or something?
Food itself was ok, literally just a burger nothing special. The cheese curds have more flavor than the burger. ♀️

The Curder Burger is fantastic. Very tasty. If you don’t know the burger it has a giant fried cheese curd added to what was already a delicious burger. Together they make one delicious burger with extra oomph.
