Overall, this was a smashing success. I use the mobile app to get an order and I actually got 25% off my first order and we had nine people so believe me that was a good time to use the discount. The food came out steaming hot. Everything was done perfectly the bathrooms are clean very clean. They even have a sign talking about how important it is to them to make the bathrooms cleanparking lot looked OK I’m gonna say five out of five we will be back here.

Update: I went for a second time and realized a place shouldn’t be judged by one experience. No mistakes on the order this time, food was still good . Good but not great .
I eat a decent amount of fast food and I was surprised myself that I hadn’t tried Culver’s. So I made the drive to this location about 15 minutes from me . I heard good things about the onion rings and I had ordered a large one but of course my first order and it was missing. I don’t really mind getting a few orders wrong when I go go to a place lot of times but first time kind of rubbed me the wrong way.
Food was decent . Chicken sandwich doesn’t compare to Chick Fil A at all.

Either needs to fix their staffing issue or their cook to order system. 20 minutes after ordering your food in the drive thru would be unacceptable by any other franchise. Food is good and hot, the wait times are the only thing completely out of hand

Really only leaving a review to give credit to the amazing employee that worked the register tonight. He was extremely charismatic and had a great energy about him. I couldn’t find his name on the receipt but I called the store and they believe I was referring to Jacob. He had longer black/brown hair and worked on register 1. He told us to “come on down for some great food” and then delivered our Togo food by saying “got some delicious food for you”. I haven’t seen energy like that from a fast food worker in a long time. He definitely deserves a raise and I hope he is valued by management.

A terrific fast food stop. Culver’s is the best. Their butterfinger rolls couldn’t be better if my own Grandma (God rest her pitiful soul) made them. Very friendly employees. A real treat while on the road. Wish we had Culver’s in Connecticut!

Went through mobile order and waited around 40 minutes after entering I’m here on the app. When food was brought to my car it was for a different order. I went in the store and returned that order to get mine. The server took my food and went to the next car outside to give him the order I returned then back to help me. When they grabbed my concrete, ice cream and drink they gave me someone else’s concrete with a different name and no ice cream dish. I finally returned to my car to find my order not correct as I was given a fry instead of a cheese curd. I went back in to get the curd I was missing. My order was to pickup at 6:01 and I left at 6:40 with my food.

Served raw burger, called the location and they didn’t even offer me a refund they told me there was “ two options” come back and get a fresh one made or I can get a coupon in the mail, which is ridiculous. How disgusting to serve raw meat! With that kind of experience, I would not go back!

I asked for double butter burger deluxe no cheese , root beer and fries. The root beer machine was empty. She gave me a burger with sautéed mushrooms onions and beacon. The sandwich tasted like pure salt and the fries were extremely fried. The bun fell apart in my hand. It was so gross. I could not get that taste out of my mouth. The waitress misunderstood my order and thought everything meant everything including extra salt and seasonings .

The burgers here are usually on point , well not today! Both my husband and I received the driest Culver’s deluxe ( mines single & his double ) no mayo , a few pieces of lettuce, just SAD ! I only ate half of my dry burger & he just ate it because we’d paid $23 for the food . It wasn’t super busy ( as usual) we were the only car waiting ! Guess the cook was having a bad early evening 5:45 , not care moment ! We’ll take a break for awhile, it felt like a Wendy’s experience!
