Awesome place to go and relax! I ordered the kids meal( Because it has the best value by far and you get free ice cream!), and it was phenomenal to say the least. The service was top notch all of the waitresses and waiters were very helpful. Can’t wait to go back and eat there again!

Ordered take out. Cheese burger with hamburger on side for my pup. And myself would eat the cheese burger bun as I’m a vegetarian plus curds. Well not sure why they can’t get just make cheeseburger and put hamburger on side. Lol. Guess would have to fold like a taco . Also my hubby order deluxe and he got bacon deluxe. Sorry for the guy in front who ordered that sandwich. He said don’t forget my bacon this time. lol

This night Customer service was lacking. I placed an order, received my order which was wrong. I ordered a cheese burger with ketchup, mustard, mayo, pickles and lettuce. What I received was tomato, lettuce, and pickles. It did not match the receipt. Took it to the counter spoke to a representative who said they would re-make it. I waited another 20 minutes. My party had already finished eatting and I went up looking for my order. I had to flag down a worker because no one stopped to help. I found out that the order was never put through. They then said I could have custard as an apology, but I don’t eat clustered and just wanted my meal. I again for the 3rd time, ordered asking for a butter burger single with cheese, ketchup, mustard, pickle, lettuce and mayo. Then finally received my order for it to be wrong again. When I took it back up he stated that I didn’t state that I wanted lettuce and mayo. So I finally asked for my money back. Waited 1hr for a meal that was never right in the first place and was made to feel like it was my fault. There were others taking food up to the counter as well with their meal wrong. There were employees being short with each other that I thought was unprofessional right behind the cash register. The food is good and the place is clean but the customer service is terrible. They don’t take the time to find out what is wrong and make you feel like your the problem.

Great customer service, all of the employees were very friendly, patient, and personable. The wait time is always reasonable and the food is always delicious. My order has always been correct (keep it up!) I don’t know if it’s because I was in the passenger seat but it seemed like there were some technical difficulties with the drive thru, something that could be improved. I also think the patties could have been less flat, but overall still really good!!

I went to the drive through with my son and I ordered a fish sandwich, a burger for him and a large fries to share. The order-taker was very patient while we checked out the menu. It’s not like a normal fast food drive-thru. You don’t feel rushed. After you order, they have you pull forward and wait while they make your food, and then walk it out to you. You could say this isn’t the place to go when you’re in a big hurry. It’s rather old-fashioned in that respect and I liked that. The fish sandwich was the best I’ve had in a long time. I ordered extra tartar sauce for dipping fries in. It came in a little plastic container just like the rest of the sauces. I’ve never seen this in a fast food restaurant. I appreciated that, being a lover of tartar sauce. The french fries were crinkle cut and cooked to perfection. My son said he loved his burger. All the workers were very friendly and nice. Highly recommend.

My wife and I ate inside the establishment, which we rarely do, and the place was bright, clean, and the staff was friendly. I had a Reuben sandwich and fries and my wife had a butter burger and fries and everything was DELICIOUS! The fries especially were hot and crisp…no ketchup needed

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I have never had a worse experience at ANY food place. They forgot my order after waiting 30 minutes in the drive though. When I pulled back around I was told they couldn’t even make my food because they were closed. I ordered 20 minutes before close?? They then informed me they had some leftover fry’s which of course were cold and stale when I received them. Not a single apology was ever once said during this whole interaction, the employees seemed annoyed at me for asking for the food I payed for. On top of all that I went to eat my float and found a long hair sticking out the side of the cup and in the drink which was extremely noticeable. I am not one to complain but the service I received was absolutely unacceptable.

It’s Culver’s. It’s always great. My only wish is they’d have chocolate and vanilla pints in the fridge, along with the flavors of the day. I also wish I’d known about the mac and cheese before ordering so I coulda gotten some.

Crowded at dinner time but the line moved quick.Person who took my order was well trained ,not only paying attention to my large family order but repeating things back to ensure it was correct. Speaking for what I personally ate. I thought it tasted better than expected. I had the Sourdough melt,double patty. This rye sourdough bread was grilled perfectly along with the carmelized onions n melted cheese. Smashburger style is usually not my preference but this was solid. Fries were nice and crispy as well. Wasn’t a fan of thier cheese curds but it’s a personal taste matter as they were cooked just fine. Will visit again in the future. Hope they can keep up with thier 5 stars over time.
Updated for my 1/5/25 visit. Got the three piece cod dinner. Crunchy batter over some size fillets. Cooked perfectly. Lenton season church fish fries are the gold standard and these come close. Cole slaw was nice and creamy with a good tang. Plentiful fries as well. Very filling,this is a good value.
