Stopped in for lunch today 8-24-2023 for a pork tenderloin sandwich and fries. The order taker in drive through was friendly but then I was greeted with a “masked” face to take my payment. Wow… the drink maker behind her was unmasked and I sort of felt better? The wait for food delivery was long and then finally two people brought out 5 cars all at the same time including the 2 cars behind me. My sandwich was cold but the fries were hot. Here’s what got me; my food runner was “masked” and wearing gloves, but stood sideways to my vehicle and held out the food at an arms length as if totally afraid of me and what ever he’s living in fear of!! The VID Virus is over!! I refuse to receive this kind of service in the future, move on Culver’s and get over it!!

We went to the Reynoldsburg location the we both got the pub burger and onion rings. Went back inside after and got 2 custard concretes and they were far from concrete I asked for them to be remade. They were good after that. They also gave my Boxer and Pup Cup with PB sauce on it and a mix milk bone and he absolutely loved it.

Oh my, what a great surprise. I cannot tell you how many times I drove by this place not knowing what a great experience I would have. My wife went there first and git a good fish sandwich. The she told me we had to go there based off of her fish sandwich. The line is long when we get there but, the wait was worth it

The burgers are amazing. I personally like the butter burger, but as far as service they are extremely slow for a fast food establishment. The chicken tenders are bland, and has no flavor. Only thing decent here is the burgers. Everything else is either bland or average.

Went to drivethur 12 cars back. Shake and concrete mixer was melted and sweating when the girl was handing it out the window. It was for my family at home. I asked for a carrier and she put 2 large ice cream containers in one very flimsy holder pushed it out at me I took it and was placing it into my new Lincoln white passenger seat one flipped into the back of my seat and the other into the floor board. The food handed out. I said the shake (chocolate) is all over my seat. She handed me napkins and said nothing. No sorry can we help nothing! I am older and spent 20 minutes trying to clean the mess out of my seat, floor board, under the seat inside the seat. My purse was covered and ruined. If she would have been a caring window staff and doubled the holder so they weren’t rocking back and forth this may not have happened. Then to not care and no one offer to help. Or make new shake and mixer that wasn’t melted when handed to me, instead of flirting with the guy that was putting the food on the counter for her to hand out this might have been a experience that I’d come back for. Why are there not closed lids on shakes and mixers!? They were out of medium cups so I had to get large. I paid more to have a expensive car seat and purse ruined. Hopefully the heating and cooling will still work in the seat after I have it detailed to get all the chocolate and sticky out.
