So I was a fatty and showed up at the restaurant at 10 AM. Everyone was excited to see me, and my order was the first one of the day. While in line, I noticed the manager had a Culver’s merchandise hat on with his name on it “ Jonathan” But it also had the Puerto Rican flag on it. I was very surprised, but happy to see that. I appreciate Culver’s, allowing their employees to express who they are! Everyone in this location was very inviting and my order was perfect! Together we are better.

I went to the Marysville Culver’s this evening to get the North Atlantic Cod dinner
Extra package tartar sauce
Side of mac/cheese. The lady in the box outside that took my order was awesome! The kid that brought me my food was kind, friendly but lacking something important to his job. My Fish and Tartar Sauce!!!!

After I got my food I reached in the bag to kinda do a feel check and it seemed like everything was there. So I closed bag quickly,. I wanted hot food and I had to drive home to Delaware to eat it with family. So obviously I was frustrated and irritated that my fish was missing and I got 3 large disc of ranch dressing instead of tartar sauce. So we called and was told they would resolve these issues by mailing coupons for the missing items in the meal. I don’t want the missing items the next day, I can’t dip my fish in the Mac and cheese next week when I get my coupon. I don’t want the missing items from the meal, I want the meal I ordered. The fish is the main component of the MEAL I ordered. So now I get to use my coupons at Culver’s along with now making an order for a couple sides to go with my missing items from the MEAL I ordered.

My question is should Culver’s replace the item they admitted not giving me or replace the MEAL I ordered?

I’m glad they are giving me a coupons to replace missing fish but I ain’t happy about having to buy sides again. The sides are only good with main dish.

The employees here are very friendly. They all had smiles on their faces and seemed happy to be there. The hiring managers did well.

The food was rather disappointing. It was the least buttered sourdough melt I’ve ever seen, and they forgot the onions. I got charged for extra marinara sauce, but that sauce was missing from the bag. And lastly they didn’t give me a straw for the shake.

The tables I went to while waiting for my food were all greasy. Seems like the tables need a wipe down more often.

The drive-thru process was seamless. Getting everything we asked for… Less seamless. The “to-go” staff forgot our drink, napkins, and our cutlery, so I had to go inside to request those items. The staff was incredibly friendly and gave me what I requested expediently. I was happy to see that management allowed the staff to dress up in reasonable costumes for Halloween, too, so I would recommend coming back (I like to support the places with good management, and if you see a happy staff, chances are, management is pretty good). With a little feedback, I feel confident the drive-thru staff will remember everything next time. The food was delicious- it always is, though!

I had a very complicit order. Everything was correct except the size of my side and the sandwich that I ordered ended up being a Mushroom and Swiss, even though I had ordered a butter burger, I called in to let them know that there was a mistake in the Manager Dave was extremely kind and exceptional. He took care of my order right away, and he also accredited me with an ice cream, which I thought was so nice. Will definitely be coming back.

They are great if you’re eating in. Every I go through the drive-thru something gets messed up. Every single time I’ve ordered buffalo tenders I get regular ones. Doordash is a trainwreck. I’ve ordered cheese curds multiple times and never received them. Tonight my wife and I got 2 baskets. Only one had fries (mine should have had curds, but got nothing). If you can’t get the order right on Doordash then don’t do Doordash Culvers!

Updated: 2/11/22 – Was disappointed with our most recent visit. We’d been over at the children’s hospital with our son and really looking forward to Culver’s. However, the guy taking our order had music playing in the drive thru station to the point where I had to repeat things multiple times. After we got our food it was wrong as we were missing multiple things. I love Culver’s and this was the worst experience I’ve had.

I really enjoyed my first visit to Culver’s.
We were in the area and I was excited to see a restaurant I’d never been to.
The employees were very nice, the food was served fresh. The restaurant was clean.
They are open inside now (even though it’s a little too soon).
They were very busy the whole time. Mainly with drive through orders.
I highly recommend this place. They have plenty of desserts too.
My only complaint is that their fries are those frozen crinkle cut ones, but that’s my fault for not ordering onion rings.

I know they’re working through training, but I was disappointed to find out once I got home that my cheese curds and ranch I paid $2 were instead fries. It stinks because I look forward to the cheese curds more than the butter burger.
That’s on me for having trust, should’ve checked the bag before driving home.
Last time I visited this location, no problems.
