Service at the take out window was phenomenal. Very unusual at a fast food restaurant anymore. The young lady was so bubbly, so helpful and acted like she truly enjoyed her job! I got grilled chicken and it was delicious. My mom got the cod fish sandwich and she wasn’t real crazy about it. The fries were delicious. Thank you Culver’s and especially thank you for the great service.

So went to order the waiter was so nice and she recommended the new burger they had. It was a garlic pretzel bun with bacon cheeseburger. I got my first Burger and even though the burgers are thin which I love it was raw in the middle it was not done. So my husband take it back up there, when he got my second Burger, it was cold, the bacon was nothing but fat it was disgusting. I was so disappointed. I took a picture of the bacon, I’m not sure they even cooked it much. All I’m asking is, when I was a waitress I would not serve nothing but I wouldn’t eat myself. Thank you for your time!

My first time eating at a Culver’s in the United States.
The food was amazing. I had a chicken sandwhich and a Culver’s Bacon Deluxe.
Both were very tasty but also well made. They were the splitting image of the pictures advertised.
The staff were friendly and wonderful to deal with.
Atmosphere was great!

Our first time to Culver’s and we won’t be back. The dinning room was disgusting. We politely asked to have someone clean our table so we can sit somewhere that didn’t have food and crumbs all over our table. After 5 minutes the blonde girl with the septum piercing came over and wiped all the crumbs onto the seats. When we asked if she could please then clean the crumbs she wiped onto the seats. It was a problem and she was visibly irritated. There is napkins and trash all over our table and dinning area. If we are paying for our food we’d like somewhere clean to enjoy the food we just paid for. Do better.

Culver’s! Do better! Absolutely restaurant! I received a butter burger and the bun was so stale that I couldn’t eat it (second time this has happened), and when I complained about my burger the staff stared at me and one girl said, “oh sorry about that.” Anyway, do better. I’d hate to have Culver’s closed down.
