we got coupons because the first time it was very liquidy. the second time it was liquidy like my diahrea after eating it. we asked for dark choclate like my poopoo they gave us vannila like my skin color it tasted like me too.

I stopped in to grab a meal to take home. I got the cod basket. The fries were on point. The fish sandwich was below par. It was so overcooked the meat was dry. Needless to say I was very disappointed. First and last Culvers cod meal

I ordered a milkshake and while waiting the female dropped the cup on the floor, picked it up, and continued to make the shake. I asked for a refund and they acted like I was the problem. Thats absolutely disgusting!!!! It doesnt help that it was all teenagers working there who clearly wasnt trained correctly. When I come during lunch time it is great, but I will not be coming back during the evening!

UPDATE! 2 reviews about this visit and Culvers sent me a message to go online with Culvers and submit a review and twice they responded they would contact me about my negative review because they were so concerned. Guess what? 3 weeks and yet to hear from them. So their customer service is a zero……original review here…Stopped at Culver’s off of Hwy 54 in Owensboro Tuesday Sept 17, 2024 at 2.38PM. Their fish dinner was gross. It was so grease laden I could only eat one piece. I had to take it out of the tray that it was floating in and lay the piece on a napkin. One piece of fish did this to a napkin. The roll was stale. Butter for the stale roll was frozen. I could’ve taken back up to counter but then my wife’s order is sitting there getting cold while I have to get a refund and wait for another order. The 2 piece fish dinner was over $17. Yes over $17! Culver’s failed on this visit. I could’ve had a great fish dinner at Cheddars next door for less money.
