I’m saddened to be writing this review of what used to be my favorite burger place. I thought I’d order some tonight and I honestly wish I would’ve just went somewhere else. I was delivered a burger with HAIR in it ( stuck to the bun look closely) and then for my daughter also a burger that was so old the cheese was melted, dried up and hardened. What makes people think it’s okay to serve this? I’m shocked and disgusted. Do yourself a favor and save your money before you go here unless you like hair in your food.

Culver’s
I first discovered Culver’s last year, only through the burgers my nephew brought home. He had gone through the drive-thru and brought several burgers for us to try. I liked them, but at that time, nothing felt truly exceptional.
Today, however, I finally had the chance to visit the restaurant in person with my entire family to pick up our meal — and the experience was completely different.
We absolutely loved it!
The place is beautiful, very clean, and has a positive, welcoming atmosphere. The service was outstanding — truly ultra, mega friendly and attentive. Unfortunately, we had to take our food to go and eat at my sister’s house, but even so, the experience was excellent.
The burgers are amazing.
Really great flavor, juicy, and well prepared. After the first bite, my wife immediately asked me to come back again — which says a lot!
The sundaes and ice cream cups are also very good, rich, creamy, and perfect to finish the meal.
Congratulations to the team and the management responsible for this Culver’s location. You’re doing a fantastic job, and we will definitely be back!

My sourdough burger was underwhelming and honestly just wasn’t good. When we walked in there were at least 8 employees standing or leaning on the front counter. They scattered like ants when people walked inside. One girl finally walked up to the register. Never said a word. Just stood there. Like we’re supposed to be mindreaders. Very weird experience. It’ll a a while before we return. Maybe a manager can get them straightened out. My husband said his food was “just ok”

We love the burgers and food there , but if you out in a order on line, for a pickup order, their web site website will not close out the order because it wouldn’t accept the make and model of the car. We called and they said there was no workaround for the issue. You lost a customer!!!!! If there is a solution, let me know. Until then, goodbye

This Culver’s is one of the best by far, however, after today, I’m not so sure. While enjoying my coleslaw, almost to end, I saw what I thought was an oversized piece of cabbage – nope! It was the corner of the bag the coleslaw mix comes in.

Fast food with a “feels like home” kinda vibe. It was our first visit and will definitely be returning and recommending to others. Food was great, large portions for a reasonable price, staff was amazing, fast service, love how they bring the food directly to your table, making it easy to get settled. Dessert was amazing. And even though not listed on the menu, they made me a banana split. It was awesome.

This is my 1st time at this location. This was a horrible experience. The restaurant was slow to get the orders out and then to top it off my food wasn’t even hot or fresh after waiting 23 minutes. Cars after me were able to get their food before me. My cheese curds and fries were warm, my patties for my hamburger were cold the cheese didn’t even melt. I wouldn’t revisit.
