I don’t normally provide reviews, but the service I just received from the drive thru staff (Natasha) is possibly the single best drive through service I have ever received. Professional, polite, and custom focused. Outstanding service! This includes all three people who interacted with me. This is now my gold standard. Thanks, Culvers!

This is my favorite place to go for a cheeseburger. I love that you can get cheddar cheese on your burger and their cheese curds are delicious. It takes a little more time going through the drive thru. They cook the food when you order so it’s definitely worth the wait! They still send out paper coupons so you can get some great deals!

This was my first time coming here. Madison took our order was very helpful. When we got our order for takeout it was 100% accurate and everything was very delicious. We tried butter Burger chicken tenders and the Reuben sandwich and then please with all of it. We also tried pretzel bites, and fries for our kids. I would definitely come back to try more of their offerings.

Burger was plain, we ordered a butter burger with fries and a drink. Sonic’s smash burgers taste better than this. Fries tasted like they were cooked in old grease and fountain drink was very flat. Customer service was great but food wasn’t good.

I come to S.H. for business every few months, and ALWAYS stop at Culvers (more than I care to admit). Food is always good, fresh, and the custard is wonderful, skip the custard place just up the street and go to Culvers. They have so many more ingredients and toppings than what’s on the menu. Me personal favorite is raspberry, cheesecake, and Andy’s mint. Delicious. Always fast service and always friendly

Not the best Culver’s location. Hard buns, lack of vegetables when I asked for more I barely got any. Great person who took the order but the food was sub par for Culver’s.

It was my first time eating at a Culver’s. The sourdough melt is delicious. The single scoop chocolate is thick and decadently good. We will definitely be going back.

I went to Culver’s outside Nashville the restaurant was clean. The service was good. I ordered a hamburger and a fish sandwich. The hamburger seemed kind of small. The fish sandwich was fine.

Day one of the quick work trip. I would go back here in a minute. I’ve never been to a Culver’s and have to say my experience was great. The food was really good. I got fried fish, one of my favorites. The staff was friendly, the food arrived at my table quickly, and the restaurant was exceptionally clean.

Bottom line. I’m done with Culver’s at the Spring Hill location. We have eaten there four to five times over the past six months….and I can attest that the fish cod fillets should be called “Fish-Sticks.” (See photo)
I have been to many Culver’s restaurants and every one, other than Spring Hill, has Cod Fish fillets that are the size of my hand and not my finger.
And, the PRICE IS THE SAME.

I have complained. But, teens don’t care about complaints.
Very disappointed at the value or lack thereof….$20 for 3 fish sticks, burnt onion rings and a roll. Done!
