My food was a huge disappointment. Everything tasted bland. The portions were small, and nothing had any real flavor. My food wasn’t cooked properly. Definitely not worth the money. When I tried to tell the young lady she said, “oh okay,” is there anything else!? Wow just wow!!!

I decided to go to Culver’s because of a commercial. I saw a big fish sandwich and was in awe by the way it looked. I went to the Culver’s website to get the address and to look at the menu. The menu shows two different fish sandwiches (one cod and one wahoo, may have that name wrong). Both were shown to be about the size of a 6 inch sub. When I got to the restaurant and looked up at the menu, the fish sandwiches shown were half the size depicted online and in the commercial. The menu had a sandwich and a dinner. The dinner was available with either 2 or 3 pieces of fish. I tried to ask the young attendant if the sandwich had two or three pieces on it, he said it was big.

Bottom line: I got a fish stick on a bun. I literally had to peel away bread from the bun to get to the fish stick. It tasted ok, but it was a small fish stick!!! I wasn’t close to being full. Oh, the onion rings were tasteless so I broke a few of them open and saw the thinnest little ring of onion inside that I had ever seen (well, I have. It’s those outside thin rings that you normally throw away)!!!

I left and went to Captain D’s and got a huge white fish sandwich for less. Lesson learned!!!

Last night, I arrived in the drive-thru at 9:57 PM behind one car, knowing that Culver’s allows delivery drivers to use the drive-thru starting at 10:00 PM. I made a reasonable judgment that by the time I reached the window, it would be 10:00 PM, which is exactly what happened. My car clock read 10:02 PM when I arrived at window and I was told at the ordering screen to pull to the window anyway.

However at the window, I was told it was “9:59” according to the system and was required to exit the drive-thru, drive around, park, and come inside instead. Are you all serious ????! It’s 20-degree winter weather you couldn’t show some decency! This added unnecessary time and inconvenience when the order could have been handed to me in seconds.

I fully understand policies, but there was an opportunity here for basic discretion and human judgment. Clocks are not perfectly synchronized, and this was a one-minute difference at the point of service. It was not an attempt to bypass rules or ask for special treatment.

Delivery drivers are out in freezing conditions helping keep businesses moving when many customers don’t want to come out. A little flexibility in moments like this would go a long way. The employee at the window seemed willing to give me the order when I was at the speaker, but I assumed management or whomever ultimately required a rigid interpretation that didn’t make practical sense. WOW, just wow! I will no longer be delivering food from this Culver’s and yes I might be one person, but most UberEats drivers are not delivering in this cold weather. Last night it was a small handful of us still showing up to deliver.

I hope management considers allowing staff to use reasonable discretion in gray-area situations like this for future drivers, ESPECIALLY during extreme cold or bad weather. It’s not about breaking rules, it’s about being human!!!

Clean restaurant and fast service! Everything came to our table quickly. The burgers were fresh and tasty. The veggies were excellent if you care about toppings. The he chicken sandwich was hot, plus crispy. While the fries were hot and crispy, they were average overall. The highlights were the butter burger and the shakes. Overall, we enjoyed our experience at Culver’s.

I ordered a hot fudge sunday. They proceeded to swirl the hot fudge into the ice cream, melting it and handed me a cup of ice cream that had a milk shake consistency and then charged me $10 for it. Told me they were out of ice cream and couldn’t remake it. I got the full Culvers experience.

First time at Culver’s, I will be back. It is fast food but a cut above any other chain in the area.

What I like best it was clean, it was fast and the staff actually says hello when you walk in a looks you in the eye.

The food was brought to our table; it was hot and good.

I place a mobile order with a promise time of 8:49 pm. I arrived at that time, and parked in curbside parking. No one in the drive thru at the time. I sat there while drive thru orders were in and out much quicker than the convenience of a mobile order I placed ahead of time. I got out to go inside to get my order, only for a team member to pull it out of what looked like a sink to give me and incorrect order with cold food and a watered down drink. I also noticed the camera with my car in view for going on 15 min., and walk in to members standing around. I asked how long had the food been there and I was only given an “I don’t know”. Disappointed is to say the least. I haven’t patronized this establishment in a while and this visit speaks for itself as to why won’t be for a while longer.

Price for deluxe single has two prices one listed $3.99 on right side. When I received burger price was $4.89. I asked why he pointed to my left and price was $4.89. Also I ordered small drink price on wall was $2.29 she said $2.80. I asked how could that be right, she said price changed. I should have asked to see manager but I told her to get price correct I would not be back.Visit 12-22-25.
