My wife and I go by Culver’s once or twice a month. The Hamburgers are out of this world. It reminds me of the old Mom and Pop local dinners. I hamburgers are large and not just a large buns. And the Onion Rings or the best you will fined anywhere. We always get one family size order me for and one regular order for my wife. I don’t share great Onion rings! Culver’s stays covered up at lunch so go early or do a late lunch because the lines at the drive-through and inside can get long. We are lucky because Culver’s is just two miles from the house and we don’t have to get on 431 to reach it. That makes Culver’s convenient to stop by and pickup lunch or dinner. If you don’t like their hamburger you may want to have your taste buds checked.

We stopped here this afternoon. We ate at Culver’s in Michigan five years ago and liked it. This restaurant was the same in form and function. They are clean, well lit, tastefully decorated. The staff was prompt, friendly, and polite. I had the Walleye dinner with broccoli, and broccoli and cheese soup. The fish was delicious and perfectly cooked. It had a thin crisp coating. The tartar sauce was a perfect accompaniment. The broccoli and cheese soup was delicious and creamy good as well. My wife had a deluxe, cheese, bacon, butter burger with broccoli, and cheese curds. She ordered the same burger five years ago. This one was smaller than before, but the price was about the same. Considering, the last five years of inflation, this one was well worth the money. The broccoli and cheese curds were both very good too. She ordered a Frozen Custard milk shake for dessert, vanilla with hot fudge. We shared it on the drive home. We both thoroughly enjoyed it. We will happily stop at a Culver’s restaurant again during our travels. The closest one to our home is more than forty miles away. We both highly recommend Culver’s for a quick pickup or a dine in experience.

Slowest and worst service I have ever had at a restaurant if I could give less then 1 star I would. Over 30 minutes in the drive thru to get 4 shakes is horrible. Do better Culver’s.

Tried this restaurant for the first time today with the wife and I can honestly say that this place has the best burgers I have had in a really long time and the staff is so friendly and courteous. Food was fresh and super delicious. 10/10 will definitely be back and I highly recommend this place to all burger lovers!!! Plus we got our food in less than 5 minutes

My husband and I had lunch there Sunday and it was fantastic. The service was great, the food was delicious and we didn’t wait long at all. I tried their pot roast sandwich and it was awesome and I love their fries with cheese sauce. I’ve never had a bad meal or bad experience at Culver’s. The food is always hot and the order is always correct.

It’s super kid friendly and the jokes on the kid meal bags had my kids giggling. We’ll go back cause the food was cooked to order and fresh. The ice cream was great as well.

We sat in the drive-thru for over 30 minutes waiting on our order. We did not need a receipt because I had everything tracked on my phone, and the woman at the window was incredibly sweet. She repeated everything back perfectly and was the only positive part of this experience.
With a screaming baby in the car and my grandparents waiting in the parking lot, we stopped the outside runner at the 20-minute mark to ask about our food. She told us it was ready and coming right out. Another 10 minutes went by and still nothing.
At that point, I went inside and asked for a refund so we could go somewhere else. The shift lead, Emma, said “It’s literally right here. We are just slow in the kitchen.” I stated I still wanted the refund, because I am not paying $38.35 for food that has been sitting there for over 10 minutes.
She then huffed, grabbed the bags, and threw the food straight into the trash. I am not sure if she was trying to make a point or genuinely having a tantrum, but it was completely unacceptable. I was not rude at any point. I simply had a crying baby and a very delayed order.
To be treated like that was bizarre and unprofessional. I hope management reads this and addresses both kitchen wait times and customer service, because this experience was absolutely not okay. I understand being short staffed, but communication goes a long way.

Today this place was packed so I knew I was gonna have to wait no problem the food is great ordered waited an hour for my food…the girl up front tried to hand me a bag that had been sitting on the counter ready to go for 20 mins then get mad at me cause I told her no to remake it.they hand it back through the windows of kitchen and in under a minute she hands the burger back to the window I am 99 % sure they gave me the same burger because it was not hot at all….I love this place but I will not be back this is uncalled for.

The waitress clearly didn’t pay attention to my order. I am gluten free and got into some wheat. She didn’t put it down on the chart that I said gluten free. I am sick now thanks to not paying attention to a customer. She not only was a worker, but she was a team lead. This is the second time this has happened. Culvers has disappointed me and my fiancé.

They just opened and were absolutely swamped as you could imagine. However, food came to the table quickly, service was great, and the food was hot and fresh. A TON of menu choices so we will definitely be back to try more options!
