The first piece of walleye ok. Definitely needed some seasoning and the second piece was on the bottom laying in sort of a little puddle of Grease I pick it up it’ just fell apart is very greasy. Cheese curds custards with good everyone enjoyed their burgers. Grandkids like their kids meals wife liked her Burger. Just wish the walleye was a little better.

First time Culver’s ever failed us. We ordered to go food for three people. We got our food, drove 20 miles to eat with a family member, and one order was not in the bag. Too far to drive back. Culver’s has always been great. Great food. Great service. Great variety. I love Culver’s. Just not on this one visit. I will go back. Maybe I’ll check the bag before I leave next time. I shouldn’t have to, but life teaches us lessons sometimes. I’ll be back. One mistake won’t stop me!

We were the only ones in there. We ordered 2 kids meal, a fish sandwich and 4 piece tenders. It took 15 mins to get our food. That is pretty normal. But the food was hot and yummy. The gentleman who took our orders was a little short when addressing us but we never know what people are dealing with especially this time of year. The store and dining area were very clean.

This was my first time visiting any Culver’s location. Both myself and the two people I was with was disappointed with the experience. We all three ordered burger combos. The mushroom swiss burger I ordered was lacking in flavor. It was hot and fresh and a decent size, so no complaints in that department. But it lacked seasoning so it just didn’t taste as good as it could have. My companions had similar opinions. What upset us all the most though was the undisclosed up charges. My wife asked about substituting cheese curds for her fries. She was told it would be a small up charge but didn’t say how much. It was an extra $2, which did not seem that small to us given my mother-in-law was only charged seventy cents for upgrading to onion rings. But what really got us was them selling us double stack burgers without our asking for that. Every other burger place I’ve ever been to defaults to selling a burger with a single patty, and let’s you upgrade to a double or triple from there if you so choose. I believe it is nothing more than a money grab by defaulting to a larger size and forcing the customer to request something smaller, and cheaper. At the very least that should be made clear on the menu. Other than that, the atmosphere was fine. Everything was clean and tidy and the staff was friendly.

On two visits now I ordered a burger, fries and water. Last time he entered a combo with soda. That is not what I ordered. I have it reversed and got what I ordered. This time I placed the same order and was asked if I wanted a combo. If I wanted a combo I would have ordered one. Also, why do I not get a receipt. The only way to get a receipt is to ask for one. I just don’t understand why I can’t get what I want without attempts to upcharge.

This is my second time here since the opening. The first time was terrible due to cleanliness and food. However, It was the week after opening. Therefore, I decided I would give them another chance. Well, today wasn’t much different. The beef patties are smashed to the point that they’re rough to eat, and all you can taste is salt. No flavor in the beef, just heavy in the seasoning. The fries were fresh but also extremely salty. Price is decent for the area, but again. The patties are thin and tasteless.

I ordered a shake and 3 scoops of the flavor of the day. The drive through was not busy. My 3 scoops were brought out and pretty much melted to 3 lumps with very little filler. Supposedly the ice cream of the day is loaded with its ingredients, not so. I’ve been disappointed so many times at this location. I keep giving it another try only to be let down. This is the last time I will ever eat there. The people are very nice but if you can’t deliver the food the service means nothing. I don’t go to a restaurant just for the service.

Ordered curbside, checked in when I arrived and waited 10 mins with no food. Walked inside, was not greeted for 5 more mins. There were 2 people dining and the drive thru was empty. My food must have been sitting there the whole time because it was cold. DO BETTER! If you don’t want to serve curbside, you shouldn’t advertise it!

First time eating here. My Burger was delicious! The bun was amazingly soft. My daughter got a cheeseburger with a gluten-free bun, which was a little dry. She said the burger was great, though. I recommend giving Culver’s a try.
