Let me start with this I moved from Birmingham to Madison for family so I drove the night for my move in date is tomorrow and I got hungry. Got to the restaurant because it was close and I had never been.9:30 pm thought I would had ok food maybe below average but I was shocked and impressed. The service was amazing the drive through worker who took my order was amazing inviting and so much more. The fries were crispy and lots of them. Gave me a tender because they seemed small. Got the combo for 11 dollars. I didn’t feel chipped when I ordered the food. The chicken was good the meat had a string because it’s organic and wasn’t highly processed. (Good sign) The young man who delivered my meal was a little skinny and polite asked me for my number to confirm my order. he was friendly and smiled I was shocked. My picture doesn’t show it in the best light but it filled my stomach up and tastes decent while being served in the right way. You need to see who worked this night and give them a reward or something because it was on point. 9.7/10

Very nice staff but undertrained or under managed? They were friendly, responsive, and tried to be helpful but were completely overwhelmed even after the rush was over. Not sure if it was because we went on a holiday and all the managers took off or if it was just how it is all the time. I will come back to give it another go on a non-holiday.
Food was so so, bread was good. Reuben was strong but not bad, Wisconsin cheese melt was a bit dry and bland, I really should have just gone with a butter burger. Andes mint wasn’t that good either. The candy bit was great but the mint flavor and coloring was over the top artificial. The classics were good, just, don’t stray too far from that.

I have never been to a Culver’s in Alabama before so very surprised to see it. I been to others before and I would say that the staff may need more training for order taking and hospitality. The food was good and always have to recommend getting the frozen custard if you never had it before.

Had to give these guys a raving review, our car gave up and they immediately jumped in to help us get it jumped! Plus, we had great food and ice cream to lessen the sting of the cost of a new battery. Huge thanks to the team!!

We were waiting for out order. Saw a table near us that ordered well after us get food that looks like our order and saw the other table rummaging through the food, looking confused and eating sides.
Went to the front, said that I think another table got our order and explained what we saw. While I was still standing there, an employee came up with the trays of mis-delivered food.
The impression I got was that they expected me to take that food that was mis-delivered, even saying they didn’t touch the food. It wasn’t till I stated that I’m not taking the food and we saw them touching the food that they asked the kitchen to remake the order.
Then I just asked for a refund. Which they did.
My biggest concern and the reason for the review is that if that store is willing to take food from one table to another, what other things are they cutting corners on. I am confident that if we hadn’t witnessed the other table receive our order, it would have been brought to our table after being handled

Great selection of burgers, sandwiches, fish, and salads. They also have a large selection of ice cream: concrete, shakes, and malts. The service was fast and friendly, and the food was great.

Culver’s used to be my go to. Loved the burgers but I found a few hairs in my burger. When I went in and told the manager. Also, I showed her the hair. It was exactly 3 hairs at one time. She said, that sometimes happens because it’s not mandatory for the to wear hair nets. So I gave it couple months. Went back today and I be damn if there wasn’t a hair in my burger again. They really need to clean up there kitchen and wear hair nets. Just disgusting. I won’t be going back ever. This place needs to be throughly inspected. Filthy…is an understatement.

This is my second visit during a different shift. I decided to go around 8:30 and the service is a noticeable change. The might crew seemed carefree and playful on the drive-thru microphone and the food quality is disturbingly different as well. I ordered 2 burger and both were made poorly.
My mushroom Swiss burger had barely any mushroom Swiss on it and my other didn’t even have the bacon we ordered. Also this is how my root beer gloat came out the building.
