Had the best time at Culver’s! Went about 11 for some ice cream with the family- very empty at that time. Plenty’s of parking and seating available (nice outdoor seating as well). Super impressed with their ice cream options – shakes, sundaes, cones and concretes – all from freshly made custard. Price was unbeatable and everything tasted great. Restaurant was very clean and staff very friendly.

I ordered one small Oreo Mixer through Drive Thru and I had been waiting for 15 minutes so I went back to ask the cashier that I need to wait here or she will give it to me right away and then she said she will get it for me. She took the queue ticket and then a manager came ask me is everything okay so I repeated what I had told to the cashier to a manager and then she also told to wait. I parked on the waiting area for another 15 minutes and there is no sign of my ice cream. Basically, I had waited for 30 minutes for only one small ice cream. I left because it’s too long. Disappointed experience because I used to love to have an ice cream from Culver.

This was my first time to go to a Culver’s. The vastness of the menu was the first thing that took me back. Burgers, chicken, soups, salads, and even fried fish. Then if that wasn’t good enough they have frozen custard in vanilla and chocolate. The staff was obviously busy but found time to answer questions and demonstrated such kindness and willingness to serve. The food was cooked to ordered and even brought to the table. We chose to sit outside and enjoyed the patio where multiple tables were available. After the meal we got custard concrete mixed to order. Now I asked for chocolate with Reese’s and bananas. What I got was chocolate and vanilla with Oreos and cookie dough. Not what I wanted but they were so busy and despite the wrong item it was very good. I look forward to coming again and trying more things on their menu.

I’m currently here at 8:10pm on 2/10/23. At the Tattersall location I’m very disturbed to see the dining area very dirty. Tables not wiped down and the drink area just gross. The trash bins leaking God knows what all over the floor not just on one side of the dining area but both sides of the restaurant. They had to remake my wifes order twice and still got it wrong. My order took 16 minutes to get to my table. I guess they had to go kill the chicken first. Evidently they just don’t care about customers. Do better Culvers!

Culver’s is always meticulously clean. Servers are always very friendly. And butter burgers rule! Use plenty of napkins. They are juicey. I had a peanut butter shake, too. Fantastic!

Way over priced for value you get. Had to order a butterburger with only ketchup mayo and mustard when delivered pickup sandwich and fell apart they had so much condements on it had to wipe off alot of it so i could even eat it plus burger was way over cooked and dry. Service person that took order barley could understand had to ask several times for them to repeat what he had said. Also service was very slow and they appeared to be fully staffed. This isnt my first trip to Culvers had it down in fort myers and totally different experience will not be baxk to this one the only thing that was good was their icecream and that took forever to get as well

Absolutely loves the burgers here. The thin patties have that slight crust and all the toppings are fresh and crisp. Fries are crisp on the outside, soft in the middle, and well seasoned. I always get the Culver’s Root Beer and usually a concrete with cherries. Concrete is a frozen custard and it’s super smooth, more so than any ice cream I’ve ever had. Culver’s has a huge selection of fruits and candies you can add in. It’s the perfect capper for a delicious meal! For a bonus treat, get the fried cheese curds.

Came in to Culver’s on a busy Sunday with my big family… we all had a big meal then went and got custard afterwards… it was one little young black girl (red hair) she was all by her self making custard with no help and she got our order out last then 7 minutes with a screen full! she did great! we loved the custard! she greeted us with a big smile! Didn’t get her name!!
