Through that faith, by His grace, through the work of Jesus you are declared just by God, you are adopted into His family, you are forgiven of all of your sins, and you have begun your pilgrimage for eternity

Took our grandson for ice cream tonight. Zen was our cashier and it was just a lovely experience! The little guy asked for a coloring sheet and crayons and Zen supplied within minutes of us sitting down. We received our senior discount and service was wonderful. Huge difference in management made all the difference. Thank you for eliminating the problem!
We have tried this place many times and each time the service has gotten worse and worse. The young lady that waited on us has done so on numerous occasions. Each time she is curt, condescending and arrogant. This time she refused to give me the senior discount….i am 67 for goodness sakes. Each time our order is wrong. We plainly said milk for my grandson yet got apple juice. When I took it back up to the counter she rolled her eyes like we were the idiots. We requested a color sheet half way through the meal I went back up and requested one again. She never acknowledged me and after standing there for a few more minutes I turned and walked back to our table to do this review she went to the back. She carried the sheet out to us and just curtly threw it into my hands. I asked her name, Bianca,and said thank you. I know it’s fast food and the help is young, but she is consistently nasty. No more, no thanks, never again. We’ll travel 7 miles to the one by Walmart.

Just grabbed dinner here today and had my order misplaced. When I let the server know that I’m missing items from my order, she kept going back-and-forth with me about how they “placed my entire order in the brown bag” and that “I must be mistaken”. It took several minutes before she finally went back inside to redo my order. She came back out shortly after having “found” the missing order, no apologies or anything. Did not appreciate how she made it seem as if I either misplaced my own food or was purposely trying to get more food. Missing orders is not a unique experience for me. BUT this is the first time I’m having to fight to get the rest if my order. Very rude and unprofessional.

Culver’s burgers are nothing like McD’s or BK’s. They aren’t even like Steak N Shake’s. They are pretty close to the size of a homemade burger, but a hell of a lot less messy, and maybe better tasting too. I’d say they are comparable to a Wendy’s in looks, but more of a homemade taste. To put it more simply, they actually look like the pictures that those other guy’s show in their advertisements. As far as which one I recommend, I say go for the “Butter Burger.” That’s all I get everytine. Even the rest of the family primarily choose that one. It’s a beef patty made from sirloin, chuck, and plate cuts on a buttered and toasted bun. It comes with ketchup, mustard, red onion, and pickles, or you can add or minus it however you like. I’d say it better than most restaurant burgers, restaurants on the level of Chili’s or Apple Bees.
For reference I attached a pic of an Ultimate Butter Burger. Although I usually just get the single patty one with small fries. That order is filling enough for me and I’m a 178 lb man.
BTW, the price of the single is somewhere around $4 without bacon. I don’t remember the exact amount each, that’s because I always order 3 and a large fries (which they are pretty good too, although last time they had way too much salt), for the whole family. With no drinks that comes to around $17’s. Which isn’t bad in today’s Bidenomics era.

I waited in the drive thru pick-up lane for 18 minutes until my chicken sandwich and small fry came out. This was 4pm on a Thursday.
Of course, 3 other orders were carried out at the same time. Stop letting orders build up and then walking them out in large batches! It’s also dangerous as you had 4 cars then driving out of the lane at once in different directions.

Needs an employee or traffic cones to direct traffic during busy hours. Customers have a habit of cutting the line and preventing other customers entering from 41/The Groves from going around the building from that entrance, which builds up traffic. IYKYK. Also, they always put the cheese curds upside down in the bag so they spill everywhere.

This location has the most personable young men at the counter! Both were very kind and extremely helpful with our orders! Butter burgers are always the best! And the custard is so smooth and creamy! A very enjoyable lunch experience at this Culver’s !

Nice, clean place with very friendly staff. The fish sandwich, however, was a total disaster! It was very sloppy and tasteless. Can’t say that I will go back to Culver’s any time soon!
