What a lame scoop of custard for over $4. I wouldn’t mind so much but when the free scoop with kids meals are bigger, this kinda ticks me off. I should have just bought a pint for $5. Last time I buy a custard from here. I’ll go down to twistie treats and get a proper portion! No… hot caramel doesn’t melt custard instantly, like the server said.

One of the best fast food burger places, along with 5 Guys, and Shake Shack. However, Culver’s has a much more extensive menu, with the fish sandwich being the best of any fast food place. Being cod is a big deal, in my opinion. They also have ice cream in many choices, as well as milkshakes and floats. The diet root beer is a plus for diabetic like me.

Terrible, terrible, terrible. The service was bad. We had to go through the drive through twice because they forgot our ice cream. Then we had to go back around AGAIN because they forgot our drink, after we ordered more food. The ice cream cup was also barely filled up. I’m sorry but if I’m paying $4 for a mini sized ice cream it better be full. This is a corporate company and I expect to get what I pay for, fix the service and fix the portion sizes. Tell your employees to stop mingling with their coworkers when delivering food so they get the order correct the first time. Thank you.

Our single burgers were like dry pieces of flat lacey cup coasters. Cold and disgusting. If there was any kind of moisture left from the meat it had to disappear into the bun. Slimy onions and pickles. The “milk shake” was frozen custard ice cream in a cup. Could not drink it. No spoon was given just a straw.
Service? No one was up front to say anything or wait on you. Finally someone showed up. We will NEVER eat there again.

Honestly I hate writing bad reviews but it’s to the point where I have to, got an order and somehow it was given to someone else. That’s fine, stuff happens, what’s not fine is having to wait 20 minutes for the order. I get that mistakes happen and things can change on the fly, but a 35 min wait at a fast food place is outrageous, refunded the order. If the person at the order screen also had a little more communication with the sticker you order was on that probably would’ve made the experience a lot easier.

You can order online 20 minutes ahead and still wait another 20 minutes in curbside pickup lane. My order had been wrong on multiple occasions. Leaving out sides or just giving the wrong order all together. I never leave reviews but this place just rarely gets it right. We love the food and it’s the closest one nearby but truly hate the amount of money I’ve given this location and the terrible service they provide.

I do not like giving bad reviews but it happened to me twice already. Burger was brought out cold but fries were super hot which is great. First time this happened to me I got food poisoning really bad! This happens when food is served cold by dirty hands handling food including cross contamination. I think the cooks and servers should be trained on proper food handling and appropriate food temperature. It’s $12+ a meal. Proper food handling and food temperature should be taken a lot seriously. It’s dangerous for people who can’t handle food poisoning. Please retrain your employees because if it happens to me personally twice in a couple months then I’m sure it is happening a lot more often than you know. I did want to add that the employees are great with customer service and are always smiling and very sweet. But great customer service involves the food too.

The restaurant is super clean and it is filled with amazing staff. In the past 3 weeks, this was my 4th visit trying out new items on the menu. All 4 visits have been stunning with staff that are super friendly and helpful. Both quality and taste of food is excellent. Keep up the great work and serving the community.

I had an awesome experience at Culver’s thanks to Leila! She is always so friendly, patient, and welcoming every time I come in. She works quickly but still takes the time to make sure everything is right, and you can tell she genuinely cares about giving great customer service.
