This Culver’s has clean tables and chairs; however the floor around the soda machine was extremely sticky. My shoes got stuck to the floor when I tried to get water from the soda machine. The floor layout is great where each table gives a feeling of privacy. Love the concept. It feels like a restaurant rather than fast-food place. I got Chili Chedder fries medium for $4.79. The fries were fresh, cheesy, crispy on outside and gooey on the inside. I wish the fries were thinner, but it would not be Culver’s style. I couldn’t taste chili at all. I still recommend these fries, but these are four stars not five. I also wanted a Pumpkin Pecan Fresh Frozen Custard and it turned out to have real milk in it, so I did not try it. I asked the employee if any custerds had dairy free milk, like coconut, oatmeal, or almond. Unfortunately, none in this location. The employee assisting me was very nice and brought me Nutrition and Allergen Guide making sure I will not have allergies from cheese. So nice and caring.

I ordered their chicken sandwiches and both times they had a tendon in them. I also don’t like their website. I can order a drink with a meal and it lets me choose the drink with or without ice but when I order the drink when it’s not included with the meal I don’t get that option. I also can’t order my sandwiches with extra cheese or other toppings. Then when you pick up curbside they ask make and model and color of the car. I don’t know what to put. When the sun’s out it looks gold but when the sun goes down it looks more like a silver. They need to work the curbside like McDonald’s does. Pull up, put in a number, and wait. It works without any kind of bs.

I have had zero issues with the food or the staff at this place, but I have had the order be wrong, or just straight up missing items multiple times. For whatever reason, if its not part of the combo ordered, they seem to forget. It is usually the side order, or cheese sauce that is forgotten. If it was once or twice I would just say unlucky, but enough that I now stop after leaving the drive through to double check everything. I will say the staff is great and quick at fixing the error, but I often didn’t notice until I got home, and at that point not going back out. Its a plus that they have regular food options too, we get the roast with mashed potatoes and broccoli and have not been disappointed. Nice to have a fast food option that serves some traditional meal items.

The build your own burger was fun, delicious, and surprisingly affordable – for all you get (onion rings and drink). Their signature root beer is great. Finally, I had the Mixer with the flavor of the day Raspberry and Cheese cake. I couldn’t believe the large cheese cake pieces. My two mixers were Carmel and fudge. Ridiculously delicious.

The sandwiches are good. The kids manning the place are friendly and good at what they do. My biggest complaint is that it is way too expensive for fast food. Two sandwich combos with a small drink for almost $30.00 ? That’s insane. The tables also needed cleaning. But I realize the young people are overworked

Me and the family try to come here at least once a month or so. The food is always great and the customer service is as well.
We wanted to give a shout-out to Willie that is always there working so hard. You can tell he has his full heart into it and is really making a difference with his presence. Always friendly and going above and beyond. It’s really hard to find good people like this and I hope he gets the opportunity to keep moving forward with the company. Hopefully the owner here lets Willie read his reviews that he gets because he deserves to see what a difference he is making in the community. Keep up the great work

Crazy for Culver’s!
We stopped in yesterday, the second day this location has been open.
WHAT a treat! For my family, we discovered Culver’s while on vacation in Wisconsin quite a few years ago. We held our breath hoping and waiting for them to hit Florida. And now, the wait is over!
I went right for a Mushroom Swiss burger with Onion Rings. My Fav Fab One got a good ol’ Culver’s Butter Burger with fries.

Another great point about dining at any Culver’s is their INCREDIBLE staff! Everyone is always super nice, friendly and high spirited. A real feeling of teamwork.

The food is always good, fresh and hot. However, this may seem petty but labeling the boxes deluxe, butter or any other style would be appreciated. Went through drive through my son handed out meals when he got home. Did not realize he had wrong burger and devoured. Me I really wanted a butter burger not a deluxe. I wanted the extra cholesterol lol. Everyone still enjoyed the delicious food no complaints. But could we please get packaging differential. Thank you sorry for mini tent.
