Tried Culver’s for the 1st time at this location a few days ago. Their Mushroom Swiss burger is really good. They saute the mushrooms in butter and it really makes the burger stand out from other mushroom burgers that I’ve had. The shrimp is fried but its ok. They also serve coke products so if you are a fan, check them out.

The wife and I stopped in for some lunch. She got a burger. I got the codfish sandwich. Everything was perfect. The place was absolutely in clean shape. Customer service was awesome. The food was fresh as it could be five star for these folks. Highly recommend stop getting grabbing a real burger to McDonald’s or Burger King.

Had a horrendous day at work. I am a nurse that works in an acute care Baker act receiving facility for psychiatric patients. Didn’t eat all day and didn’t want to stop for food so I ordered online to pick food up on my way home.
When I get to the restaurant, on time, I clicked the button on the app that said I arrived. 15 minutes later I’m sitting there parked waiting for the food. Nothing. Then I pull up to the drive through and ask where my food is. The woman tells me it’s ready and I need to now park in a “designated area”. I pull around very angry at this point and wait again until I’ve had enough and leave.
I call and speak to the manager who makes the excuse that in spite of my letting them know I was still there they were essentially going to sit and let my food get cold because I didn’t park in the “correct” spot.
The entitlement mentality of SERVERS, Yes people who serve others who are paying for that service is becoming intolerable. If a customer says they are there and you have the description of the vehicle to ignore looking for the person when they are sitting right by the front door literally 6 feet from the “designated” area shows a lack of common sense not just bad customer service.
I’m not sure what part of this eludes these people. It’s not rocket science. These people need a good lesson in the customer is always right or they may soon find themselves out of work because people are getting fed up with this nonsense. They will be refunding my money and I won’t be going back.

Most the time…super clean. But I have to say we been going here for a while, at 1st it was spot on every time with food and friendly faces. As time has gone on don’t look like their changing the grease/ oil often ,stuff isn’t as fresh. And some of the newer employees can be honestly kid of rude when they take your order like they don’t want to be there….Love Culvers , please go back to caring like you did when you 1st opened. Especially the salads. Not as fresh anymore , a number of times the lettuce is wilted cucumber and tomato not so hot looking. Fresh eating is a choice …so please keep things fresh. Cleanliness good! Managers take care of the issues and are friendly but yeah please don’t continue to go down hill sort of speak.

Ice cream is NOT very good, especially for the price. DQ is much better and doesn’t make us ill. Onion rings are better than other chains. Burgers are good.

Expensive prices I would say save your money and eat at Cody’s or Applebee’s at the cost of a meal. I got a mushroom Swiss medium combo Burger.. root beer float and a small cheese curd and it was $22! I was shocked the food and service was nice I just hated waiting in the sun without cover for the Togo order .

Overall good. The cashier was very ditsy, lol. Made ordering a little difficult. If you want a greasy burger, this is the place to go. Typical decor, nothing fancy. Orders do come to your table.

Was kinda disappointed tonight. First offthey got rid of the pot roast meal so tonight I ordered the roast beef sandwich, and a side of gravy and mash potatoes.
The potatoes look like a water down mess with chicken gravy neither tasted like it used too , and the graver for the roast beet was chicken gravy that made the dried out pot roast worse. Culver’s is a great place fresh food nice people,
Please don’t become just another fast food joint and don’t care what you serve, keep the pride you were founded on, if you’re going to serve beef have brown gravy, there’s a lot of people who like gravy fries too. I bought two meals one for my sister and brother in law they are what they could tried to give the test to the dog (this dog will eat anything) he sniffed the food and went and laid down not interested in it whatsoever. So they threw half of the food into the trash. My sister works 13 hours a day. As an RN she has a small lunch and today she wanted Culver’s 10 miles from her house she said never ever again. Remember quality is better than quantity even if it slows you down a little people will still come they may it takes a minute for the food but worth the wait. Anyways it looks like we won’t be dining there anytome soon.

I ate at this restaurant on Jan 7 th 2026 on my birthday, and I had a hamburger with Swiss cheese, lettuce, Tomato and mayo ! After I ate, I use the restroom, I had diarrhea so much ! Until I was empty totally ! Then when I got home, I had throwing up most of the night until I had nothing else to give ! And throwing up again the next day, until there was nothing left in me ! Had nausea for 3 days. Couldn’t eat or hardly drink anything ! Went to my doctor he sent me for testing and said I probably had hepatitis A, which is parasites in your body ! My doctor said you can get it from uncooked meat, or bacteria in the hamburger or lettuce ! He said also can get it from someone who cooks the food and touches the lettuce with unclean hands ! All I know is I didn’t have anything until I eat there ! And all I had was that food, nothing else that day ! I’m not trying to say anything bad about Culver’s ! Just a warning for everybody else ! I have been there other times and never had a problem ! What’s something happen to me on Wednesday ! Thanks for letting share this with others !
