I love Culver’s. I eat there often and enjoy the flavor of the day offerings. This location is great, and the customer service has always exceeded my expectations. I love the different side options I can choose instead of fries if I want. I’m not a fan of fast food, but Culver’s is fresh, never frozen, and always hot. I have had everything offered on the menu and except for the grilled chicken sandwich love everything!

Well maintained and clean. I ordered the double cheeseburger basket meal and exchanged the french fries for onion rings. Everything prepared just right. Finished the night off by sharing a banana split. Don’t forget to tell them if you are a senior citizen. They offer a 5% discount. Love this place. We eat here 3-4 times a month.

I’d never been here before but I’d heard good things. I have to say the food was pretty good. Nothing extraordinary, but it was nice. Getting hot. Fresh food? That’s a new twist on fast food. So I greatly appreciated that. However, the customer service was a little lackluster. I asked while in drive through what the staff member’s favorite meal was because I’d never been there before. And she proceeded to tell me what the popular item people were getting was. Which was a Spicy Chicken Sandwich? I don’t actually like spicy chicken sandwiches. So I opted for the plain one, but it would have been nice to get her honest opinion. And the sandwich was decent. I think I still prefer another specific Chicken Sandwich place. But this one can hold its own. The fries needed some more salt. They were nothing special but what made me kind of mad was. I was asked to pull over to the side. Just pick any parking spot which was fine, and to wait for my fresh food to be made. 5 minutes later. An attendant walked up with a bag of food and asked who I was, I gave them my name.
She then asked, well, what’s your number? I looked at her very confused. She said the number that you were given and I looked around And I saw a number two on 1 of the fountain drink cups. I was handed. she then proceeded to ,what felt like a lecture, On how that number was supposed to be put on my side mirror so they know what order to give me. I Tried to tell her, I was not advised of this. It was my first time there. But she kept repeating herself and not allowing me to say any thing. I felt like a child being. Scolded….. that’s not how you should treat a first time customer or any customer for that matter.

I have ate Culvers at several locations. This Culvers by far has to be the worst. I ordered the deluxe burger meal. The beef Patty’s were dry and not hot, like they were prepared hours ago. I never received my drink with the meal either. Definitely wont be back here. Paid restaurant price, got a burger king quality meal.

Went thru drive thru for a one scoop cake cone flavor of the day, Butter Pecan, my favorite. So disappointed the ice cream was dripping down the sides, had 1/2 piece of pecan nut. The scoop was very tiny. No ice cream in the bottom of cone. 3.95 for it. I kept looking for the pecans.

The food is alright, but the takeout/doordash service is terrible. They’re always forgetting items and a bag check is needed every time. Just today they left out all my sides and drink to my two meals that I ordered. It’s such a consistent issue with their night staff specifically so if you’re ordering during the day you might have better luck

I ordered a Butter Burger: single patty with bacon and cheese, plus ketchup and mayo. Upon pulling up to the window I noticed I was charged for a DOUBLE patty and cheese sauce (wasn’t mentioned extra $$.) Received my order. When I got home and open the box to my burger there was NO bun nor bacon. I had to go all the way to Culver’s just for this establishment to slap a bun and bacon on the EXACT SAME burger that is now COLD and not fresh anymore.
My burger should’ve been completely remade with the correct toppings I had paid for, especially for $16. Very disappointed with my experience from Culver’s. It’s also disgusting to note that they took food back from me and reused it, rather than throwing it away for food safety concerns.
I should’ve asked for my money back because that’s all I felt would’ve made things right for me in the end as Culver’s did not handle this error with care. I’d love to know how this can be rectified.

Probably the worst culvers there is and I’ve visited them all over the United States. The staff are rude , burgers super dry and over cooked consistently, cheese is never melted and fries and chicken tenders taste like fish. They need better help to improve this location.
