Today I ordered the specialty coco puffs concrete mixer after looking up what all comes in it, and also got a chocolate malt for my fiancé-his usual. What we received was a vanilla concrete mixer with coco puffs in it, and a vanilla malt with chocolate syrup on top. I used to work in the service industry so I get that improvising is common when issues arise. I’m suspecting their chocolate machine was giving them issues? If we had known there was an issue with chocolate we would’ve understood and gone elsewhere. Please be more transparent.

What is up with the ketchup portion size? I ordered a burger Monday night at the drive-thru, with ketchup as the only topping. As I ate it driving down the road I realized there was literally one tiny drop of ketchup on this burger. Literally a tiny dot of ketchup on one side of the burger (not even in the middle). Thinking it was just a fluke, I went and had another burger just now Wednesday lunch time, same situation, a little tiny drop of ketchup on one side of the burger. I engineer processes for a living, and there’s definitely something broken with this process if the same fault occurred on two different days on the same product in the exact same way. Either your machine for applying ketchup is out of calibration, or your personnel are not properly trained. McDonald’s burgers are dried out hockey pucks, but at least they have a normal and consistent portion of ketchup on them, which is pretty much a standard item on an American hamburger. Come on guys, do better Culver’s

This new store is filled with friendly and helpful staff! It is extremely clean and comfortable, and on cooler days, has a wonderful patio on which to dine. There are many delicious food items to choose from. I highly recommend stopping in for a meal or treat!

I’m out of town working and went to my old standby Culver’s. The service was top notch. They were on time to the counter and smiling and conversational. A lot of places you go into the cashier couldn’t care less. This crew seems to care. They’re bright and cheery and attentive. And took my order correctly. Verified it with me, showed me the bag that was correct and thanked me and I was impressed

Better than average fast food, good service. Similar to Wendy’s for the chicken sandwich, meets dairy queen for the mix-in milk shake. Better than many alternatives.

For the second time in a row our take out order was missing items. Food items that were on our online receipt and paid for. Since this restaurant opened last year this has been an issue, with approximately 50% of our orders missing at least one item. Typically we just let it go but it is clear that this isn’t a priority for this Culver’s. Get it right please – it’s not that hard it you try!

I loved this place, very clean and pleasant, the staff is very attentive and they didn’t mind that I spoke Spanish, they served me anyway, the meat is real, I will come back and repeat because the other restaurant chains are cardboard, fake meat with thousands of preservatives, cancer, and here it is real, people from the United States should come to consume more often at this restaurant, the meat was tasty and juicy.
