We are so excited to go to Culver’s for lunch 2 days ago. We ordered the cod sandwich and mushroom Swiss burger. The cod sandwich did not have a tomato and it had dirty lettuce in the sandwich. It was very, very messy. The mushroom Swiss burger was a complete mess and wasn’t even put together properly. They didn’t even take the time to put the buns on evenly and we ate there and evidently they even wrapped it in paper wrapper to make more edible instead of putting it in a for here container. Every worker there had very very cold faces and none of them smiled until the last girl at the counter when I went up to get a bag for my cheese curds. I even remarked to her that she was the only employee there out of at least 20 employees that smiled. Unfortunately I was so looking forward to eating there because I used to love the fish sandwich there but it was very very poor in all aspects except the atmosphere. All they need to do is slow down and put a smile on their face the way the commercials look. We will not be going back to the Port. Charlotte, Florida location again due to our experience there 2 days ago. I hope somebody reads this and gets the store back on its feet with happy employees who actually smile.

We had our first experience here tonight. Ordered some concrete. Deliciously mixed ice cream with different toppings. We will have to come back and try some food. Everything looked delicious. Are ice cream was presented perfectly and tasted great.

Ordered curdside. Got there at the time that our order was supposed to be done. Waited another 15 minutes. Was the only 1 parked. Concrete mixer was completely melted. They forgot to put the sundae in the bag so I went in. That was melted as well. Would suggest they put these in freezer until they are ready to bring the order out. Usually dont have this issue, not sure what was going on this day.

You have a great up and coming employees, in the young man named Evan that we met last night. He lives up to the standard at culvers, and went beyond. Managers on shift last night also were efficient in the handling of the business while being very busy. Great job, and great food thank you guys!!

We were at Culver’s around 8 last evening, July 3. I asked for flavor of the day, crazy for cookie dough, in a cone. I was very disappointed with what I was handed.(See pic below, that is how it looked when it was handed to me. I had not eaten any out of that.) I understand that things will not always look like the advertising pictures, but this was not how it had looked when I had it another time. The custard was so melted they obviously couldn’t put much in, or it would have overflowed. I was not happy to have paid $5.49 for this. I stepped up and asked this is how it should look, and they said “Yes, it’s a little melted because it’s the end of the evening.” I did not want to make a fuss, but I just did not think it should be this way. My husband stepped up and asked for a manager. The guy he asked immediately offered to remake for me, and he did so promptly. The one he did was a world better, I wish I had a pic for contrast. I so appreciated him stepping up and making it right! I think his name was Bryce? Great customer service, and I left happy! The second custard i was given tasted phenomenal, like always, and exactly how I remembered the crazy for cookie dough, which btw is my fave!

Ordered curdside and they forgot our drink so we just went in and politely asked for it. Josh was very rude about it, and we also ordered tenders and gave us the number to the order. When the order was ready all he did was stare at me instead of calling the number out. I even said have a goodnight and he said it back incredibly rude! All of them were also just joking around when customers are waiting for their order to be taken as well.

I loved that the cashier walked away to deal with closing duties and we waited 20 minutes for our food. At least the fries and curds were hot because the drive thru cashier kept putting them in the drive thru order instead of completing ours. Our sandwiches were sitting in the window for 15 minutes until they realized we were waiting for food and they should be helping the front counter and the drive thru.

For fast food this is a far better choice than McDonald’s or Burger King. The food is always hot and seems fresh off the grill. While this does make the wait in drivers longer, I prefer to wait for fresh food. Workers are always courteous. I’ve not had a mistake made on my orders.

I order a chicken sandwich thought the drive trough. They gave me a sandwich without the top bread (look pics). I had to walk inside and the girl with a bad actitude (she did not apologize or anything, she barely spoke to me) She just went to the kitchen staff and brought me a top part in a box.

Decent service, poor value. We need to start pushing back on prices. I appreciate Culvers. They have a good selection, decent food, etc. But it is wayyy overpriced for what you get. Small fast food portions with sit-down restraunt level pricing.
