Food is always very good and consistently prepared. The cod fish sandwich and French fries are delicious. The service is good and obviously employees are trained to get the order correctly, unlike other fast food restaurants where you have a 50% chance of getting what you ordered.

We come here three times sometimes four times a month.. fresh Cod sandwich is very good.. concrete shakes, custards, fries, burgers.. what more can you say.. all restaurants are only as good as the staff and this current staff seems to be doing good.

I dined in here twice. I had never been. We all had some sort of burger meal, which we all enjoyed. The fast food seems quality. But the icecream was so darn delicious we went back a few days later! They have daily specials which are cool. The staff seem to go above and beyond. They seem to have had proper training customer service, which is rare these days. The owners care about quality, and it shows.

We were passing through the Port Charlotte area and wanted a different fast food lunch. Sharon took our order, gave us good tips about military discounts, she brought us our food and an extra water run and gave us a bag to carry out our left overs. FISH SANDWICH IS THE BEST. Fries are always hot. Burgers are fresh and delicious. CUSTARD is to die for with all the toppings. Beats other fast food restaurants hands down. They seem to do a better job hiring, training, and selecting people to work with the public.

Its fast food however great service nice staff members. One improvement the table area could use a little love and spot cleaning. The had the best onion rings. The cashew chicken salad was incredible. I thought it was sweet that one of the staff members held the door open for me he was such a nice person.
