I went thru the drive thru. It was definitely not the same food as home – KC. I got a classic turtle sundae which included caramel sauce as well as a little hot fudge sauce. I hated the caramel sauce (personal choice) but didn’t feel I had a choice. They were very busy so they were rushing everyone through. By the time I got to the window to pay, they had made it and it was already melting. I ate soupy sundae after my 3 minute drive home.

I get to the drive thru and I can barely hear the girl talking. And it’s like she’s in a hurry, Rushing me. Then I get to the window and 3 employees are huddled up cussing about a customer that came thru the drive thru. Not a great experience for a 1st time customer who’s never been to a Culver’s before. 1st and Last time for me. When do you have a rating of 3.8 that tells you something bad customer service. I’ll never return bro. Come on come on. and instead of getting the order handed to me, I get it thrown at me wasn’t happy I won’t return that’s why I left the review I leave that’s why the restaurants in this town like Burger King McDonald’s Taco Bell I’ll have 3.4 3.5 3.6 reviews because the way they treat people that ain’t the customers.

place is clean, servers are attentive. I found the food lacking flavor. The cheese curds were very fried and truly hard to tell from any other food based on tasting them. Everything is fried, very fried. The burguer tasted like fast food burguer from any other chain. The price for a deluxe is about $5.80, and the same thing with another patty os $3 more dollars. how much is a single patty then? in any case, not returning any time soon here.
update: change my rating from 2 to 4 stars. Truth is that me not liking this food is a matter of personal preference.

We really appreciate the crew working the night we stopped by. It was about 10min before closing at midnight. Our flight got into FL late and there wasn’t much food options to choose from. Any Culvers has always delivered hot food and quality. Much better then other fast food. Ordering food anywhere 10min before closing is usually risky but not this time. It was another positive experience at Culvers.

While passing through LaBelle Florida on December 23, my wife and I decided to stop at the Culvers there for dinner. What a mistake and let down.
FIRST: The restaurant was severely over cooled. The indoor air temperature was close to 67F and the cold air was still blasting out of the overhead vents. Many other customers near our table were all complaining about the cold temperature. This makes for a very uncomfortable dinning atmosphere.
SECOND: We ordered two sandwiches, one large fries and one large onion rings along with drinks. It took over 20 minutes and when it finally arrived it was obvious they had cooked the fries and onion rings way ahead of the sandwiches and both of them were stone cold. We tossed them in the trash, just ate the sandwiches and left totally disappointed at the experience and complete waste of money.
Generally we are fans of Culvers and often go to the one in our area of Sebring Fl. which is consistently good but sadly LaBelle Culvers needs a lot of improvement and their customers certainly deserve better.

Tell me how you order a fountain drink and a medium fry you get told to pull up to the blue sign and you wait here for 10 minutes for a drink and a medium fry that is cold when you get it, I will never come back

We love Culver’s! But Disappointed. We were so happy to arrive at 11:15 pm after a long drive from East coast to West Coast of Florida. Hours online said it was open til 12am. When we arrived, we were told the custard machine wasn’t in service. The staff had broken it down for the night and was cleaning it. Then as my party started ordering food, one of the employees loudly said “We are trying to go home we are about to close.” I understand if we had come in 10 min to closing but it was 11:20pm. I remarked, “I thought you were open til 12!?” She didn’t reply. I’m sure everyone was anxious to go home after a long day but we were also anxious to eat. If you don’t want to be open until 12am, maybe consider switching your closing time. Hope to return one day and have a better experience, maybe if we come before 11pm?
