This fast food burger spot always meets my expectations. The food is consistently fresh, the shakes are delicious, and everything tastes just the way it should. Service is quick and efficient, which I really appreciate.

We generally like Culver’s and believe it to be a step up from most other fast food chains. This location meets all the expectations we have of Culver’s for delicious food, courteous service and a clean environment. This location is one of our favorites though because it is just a bit better in all of those areas. The main centerpiece in the dining room is a large aquarium with a collection of tropical fish that is built into the wall that separates the main counter from the dining room. We always attempt to get one of the two best booths in the restaurant, the booths directly below the aquarium. It makes for such a beautiful setting in the dining area that you just don’t find anywhere else, especially in the fast food sector.

I love Culver’s, I do, but tonight was an awful experience. I have had 3 awful experiences with my concrete mixers the last couple months. Services has been slow waiting 25-30 minutes for two mini mixers. Have my mixers mixed wrong and also nothing to compensate other than a we are sorry. Once out of those three time I got a voucher to come back. I am not asking for an upgrade or anything I’m just asking for better service and communication if you’re out of chocolate and put a good amount of whatever mix in I have. Like if it’s that hard then just don’t work there if you can’t handle the busier periods. Tonight I ordered 2 mini chocolate mixer. They didn’t have chocolate and we asked for vouchers for a meal instead of a mixer cause I don’t want a big mixer. I just want a meal after a place makes me upset. Culvers just do better. Like I genuinely love to eat at Culver’s but after these experiences I don’t.

Ordered a large fry and my husband had a medium both were luke warm at best. It was after 3 so must have been the tail end of the fries life. Was too hungry to deal with it.

I ordered a concrete mixer, but it took about 10–15 minutes to receive it because the employee who prepared it had placed it out of sight, and Kayla—I believe was the manager or GM—didn’t notice it. By the time she realized, the mixer had already melted. When I returned and asked Kayla if she could remake it, she immediately handled the situation with professionalism and a friendly attitude.
What impressed me most was her ability to communicate why the mixer needed to be remade while keeping her composure, even as she balanced multiple tasks at once. I wanted to point out her skill for leadership and customer care.

This is a very clean and tidy restaurant. The front counter service was very good. Food prepared quickly and brought to your table. Burgers taste great and the milkshakes are an absolute must have. Ice creams are good too.
