We had a great lunch ! Food was hot and tasty! Very underated for their burgers. We had a very nice young man wait on us and check on us that made eating here a pleasure. The double strawberry ice cream was delicious!

This establishment stinks! I took my wife and children to our (old) favorite fast food place. All was going well until we ordered our food. Some skinny blonde child took our order and was unbelievably rude to us. While we were in line, he gave use nasty looks with the rest of his coworkers and flipped me off when I simply asked for extra condiments. That child was raised in a barn. I believe his name was Jay but I could be mistaken. The manager would not come out and speak to us either when asked. I simply asked for two kids chicken tender meals, a garden salad for my wife and a burger for me. We get the food and leave (very upset if I may add) and once we get home I open up my food to see that my burger is completely raw! You guys have just lost a good bunch of customers. Shame on you.

Delicious food, we went through drive thru and were rudely told to pull forward. After bringing out the food, they forgot all drnks and smoothies. They quickly brought them out, so why we had to wait and provide reminders for our complete order, clueless. Other Culver’s are more accurate and customer friendly.

Ordered cod sandwiches couldn’t find the cod all bread. Chicken sand was good. Fries were great. Helpful advise increase fish portion or change type of roll/bread.

We dined inside. Food was delicious & came out hot, shortly after we grabbed our drinks and found a table. The inside was nice, very clean & the staff were friendly & helpful. Definitely recommend!

They NEVER EVER get your order correct. Friendly staff but management needs to figure out how to fix this. Ordered 5 items and all 5 times I was missing items or wrong items. After sitting at a drive through for 20 minutes, it takes a toll on you. I feel bad and pull aside to check my order and when I tell them that they forgot something they get accusative about the GREAT FRENCH FRIES HEIST!

Very poor customer service. I ordered my meal with a large sweet tea asked for ketchup barbecue sauce and a receipt. I didn’t get any of those things that I asked for. I had to go back into the restaurant instead of making one trip through the drive-thru. Why do you have a drive-thru if you’re not going to get orders correct and then have an attitude when the customer tries to fix it

Not nearly as good as the one on Skyline. This Culver’s has terrible customer service from a (supposed) manager. Rude and unprofessional. I’ve never in my life ever had a sub-par experience at any Culver’s except this location. Twice I’ve had horrible experiences. If you’re from Chicago or Wisconsin, do not expect a good time here like you’d find at your Culver’s back home. Avoid.
