I was highly satisfied with my experience at Culver’s because the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. My order was prepared quickly, and everything tasted fresh and hot, especially the food, which was made exactly how I requested. The restaurant was clean and well organized, which made dining in feel comfortable and relaxing. Overall, the combination of great customer service, quality food, and a pleasant atmosphere made it a really enjoyable visit, and I would definitely come back again.

This place is amazing and has just become my favorite fast food! I love the little patriotic touches they have as you walk in and throughout the restaurant. Every employee that I interacted with or overheard was warm, welcoming, and polite. The dining room is comfortable and really feels like Culver’s wants you to relax and enjoy your meal. This specific location was so clean I was blown away. Not only is it the cleanest fast food place that I’ve ever been, it rivals any full service restaurant that I can think of. The food was fast and delicious! And their house root beer was fantastic and really hit the spot on a hot day. Managers and employees thank you for a wonderful experience, your hard work is noticeable and appreciated!

Very nice fast-food chain. Definitely a higher quality than your average fast-food chain. If they focused on improving their team members customer interaction skills, they could even rival ChilFilA overall. There is a bit of a gap in their friendliness.

I’m really disappointed with my recent visit to Culver’s. The dining area lacked proper climate control and felt uncomfortable the entire time we were there. On top of that, the wait for our food was much longer than expected, especially considering it wasn’t overly busy. When we finally received our order, multiple items were incorrect, which only added to the frustration. To make matters worse, the ice cream — which was honestly what I was most looking forward to — was noticeably skimpy compared to what’s normally served. Overall, the experience felt rushed, disorganized, and not up to the standard I expect. I hope management takes steps to improve service and consistency.

Great food for fast food. Could use more flavors of dipp for their chicken strips. They dropped “sweet-sour” very disappointing. I eat their less because of that. But their icecream is always good, depending on the flavor of the day.

Great burgers! Good prices! Service was amazing. Reminds me of Disney Guest Service! Very sweet owner working the front counter and showing this generation how it’s done! We’re definitely going back!

I’ve always like this location even though it seems a little pricey, but today’s visit wasn’t worth the prices! Soggy fish dinner, pathetic burger melt and the fries were cold and not fresh. I only drove 10 minutes home and picked up food as soon as it was ready. I’ll probably try it again, but not anytime soon. It’s sad because my 1st few visits were excellent and my son loves it too, but something changed or it was just an off day.

Was not up to par. My butterburger was well done and dry. What made it worse was the tosted bun was burnt. And the mashed potatoes didn’t have very much gravy on them

This place was a mess from the beginning Daphne was yelling across the floor at her workers walked away before taking our order another Staffer was taking orders and she walked away before taking our order and we were left with an empty counter which then somebody completely different walked up and finally took our order the food took quite a while to get to us when it got to us everything was mediocre at best we love Culver’s but this location was totally a disaster one of the waitresses actually delivered food to the table next to us accidently caused a katchup cup to go flying spilling on the customer and all over the floor she just turned around and walked away leaving the customer and have to clean the entire mess up herself totally unacceptable all the mean while Daphne was talking with a degrading tone to all her staff that can be heard throughout the restaurant

My first time here. What a great experience. Thanks to Ms. Jojo, she is the best. She explained the items on the menu as we had concerns. Offered some other food we might like. Her joyful energy and presentation was a delight. You don’t find that anymore in customer service. She even came to our table to see how we enjoyed the food
We even got ice cream to go. The food was great. Not your ordinary fast food burger. These were home made on butter bread Cod fish with fries and coleslaw. Everything was good. Thanks Ms. Jojo

The food is excellent, today Saturday afternoon/evening the young staff are rude and speak to you with apathy, even when they brought the food to the table they threw the plate and when I said thank you she didn’t even turn around, the same at the register with another young lady who practically seemed annoyed because I thought for a few seconds about what I would order. She was blunt and rude, there should be a manager who respects him and all this doesn’t happen.
