Finally i found the place for great burger. Tasted good, was quick, and just atmosphere was great, lots of places to sit and all private that you don’t see other people. One more little thing is ketchup cups are plastic and wider, not those paper tiny cups, I love it.

I visited this Culver’s location and was really impressed with how clean and well-maintained everything was. The customer service was friendly and efficient, which made for a smooth experience.
I ordered a ButterBurger, and wow—it was so good. I couldn’t resist trying a bite with the bun even though I usually avoid it, and I’m glad I did! After that first bite, I removed the bun and still enjoyed every bite of the burger.
I also ordered fries, but unfortunately, they were a bit of a letdown. They were served very hot, but they tasted stale and lacked seasoning. I only had a few and gave the rest to my partner, who agreed they weren’t great.
Overall, the burger made the trip worth it, and I’d definitely return to this location—just might skip the fries next time.

My special needs son and I frequently dine here. The owners are very hands on! The whole staff is so kind and accommodating to my son’s dietary restrictions. They truly don’t know how much i appreciate them for being his safest and favorite meal. If yall see this, please know we appreciate you so much! Already added you to our Christmas list for next year

Today my family went to this location and were absolutely blown away by the customer service. Not only did we not get an item we paid for, but the employee took it upon himself to go through every,single, layer, .. of my mom’s burger to make sure it didn’t infact have the blue cheese she ordered. We were more than happy to give it back as proof of the lack of blue cheese, but the same employee decided, after dissecting my mother’s burger, put it back infront of her as if she would still eat it with his hopefully clean gloved hands… Management made her a new one, she was happy. How did this employee think that was at all acceptable? Is this some new thing that happens and is ok? Would a Health Inspector or General Manager allow an experience like that to allow happen? I only put two stars instead of one because the second one they made for her she said was amazing. So if you dont mind people thinking you’re lying about something you paid for and didnt receive or peel through your food, then this is the location for you.

Horrible Customer Service! You can’t even complain if your food is cold and ask them to remake it. They start yelling at you and saying that the food’s gonna come out the same way. Wow nowadays you can’t even complain about anything. You just have to deal with how your food comes out. They didn’t even offer to remake it for me. All they wanted to do was refund me and all I wanted was hot food. Ridiculous!

After placing our orders and receiving our food. Found that the girl taking our order charged me for a double instead of a single, keyed in grilled onions instead of grilled mushrooms. When I took my burger back to the counter the young man apologized and gave it to the Asian lady behind the counter and she was very rude saying That’s what’s on the order ticket! Really no need for the attitude she had. Last time I checked. The customer is always right. All I wanted was for my burger to get fixed. By the time I got my burger back with an attitude my other food. Fries & Cheese Curds were already cold. Really not sure if I will be back to this location. I have worked in retail for over 40 plus years and I would be reprimanded if I gave one of my customers that kind of attitude. Please train your staff on proper customer service skills they lack.

Ordered through doordash the grilled chicken and the chicken was inedible. Door dash said its culvers problem because it was food quality issue. I call culvers and they tell me I wouldn’t use door dash again if they said that. Are you kidding me? Im not using you guys again because you serve nasty food none of this was on doordash. Stand behind your product and fix the issues. This place is an honest joke and so is the manager. Drive 7 miles up the road towards haines city for a better culvers experience cause this one does not care about quality or their customers.

The service was terrible the lady who took our order seemed like she was lost. We had to repeat ourselves multiple times all for her to tell us at the end that the inside diner was closed and we had to take our order to go. It wasn’t even 10:20 yet. If we knew that we wouldn’t have ordered the food. Then we spoke with another girl who told us we are allowed to sit down meaning the first lady lied to us. Finally we get our food and two orders are incorrect which was resolved by the other workers. The entire time we are eating the lady is aggressively cleaning around us and mumbling under her breathe. It seemed like she was just trying to close inside early because she had to clean. We also saw them turn down a family before closing time saying they’re not accepting orders. I’m sure the higher ups do not know about this . Also if there are actual dining hours they should be listed online so people don’t waste their time and money.

If I were able to rate it zero stars, I would. The WORST customer service from the owner/manager. The owner/manager in the back of the kitchen is the rudest person I have EVER met. She had nasty attitude and complained about accommodating my daughter’s allergies by simply switching her gloves. Completely unprofessional as well as the other manager. He caused a 20 minute delay for a refund and even more nasty attitude. The person serving us had no issue with the accommodation but she had gotten yelled at by the manager. Will NEVER step foot in that Culver’s again, BOTH of them should be reported to corporate! I feel bad for the rest of the workers, she treats them HORRIBLY. I don’t know how they endure her. This did not only happen to me, it happened to multiple people and everyone’s always talking about the owner’s attitude.
