I placed an online order for this specific location, ordered three different soups which online, were available to order. Placed order, went to pickup and parked in a numbered space. Used app to tell restaurant I was here to pickup and nobody brought my order out. I called the restaurant, spoke with someone who said they would have my order right out; they never came. I had to go inside to pickup my order, in which I was told they did not have any of the soups available that I ordered. They did not inform me this when called on the phone, nor did they come to my vehicle to inform me they couldn’t complete my order. I had to actually come inside after waiting approximately 25 minutes at the restaurant. Requested a refund and left without any of the food I ordered. I am extremely displeased with the service at this location today as well as the online ordering process. If a location does not have a menu item in stock then I should not be able to order and pay for it online. Additionally when I am at the restaurant to physically pickup my order, employees should have the decency to inform me in a TIMELY manner that they cannot complete my order. If I had not physically gone inside then I would have been left sitting in a numbered spot for who knows how long. Extremely dissatisfied with my experience today and will reconsider returning to this location in the future due to the inadequate service.

Was told to parked in #5 and I’m out order will be brought out to us we waited over just about 8mins maybe 10 before walking in and food was sitting on the counter and didn’t know our mini concrete order as well. Just horrible service I understand if your busy but you should never have your employees to customers and try to justify a order… Did not want a drink but was still charged for one as well

What a terrible place to go to. This is my first time here and wow not returning. My grandmother had ordered fish and it taste so bitter. We told the waitress and she told us that they can make another one but it will taste like the last one. Then on top of that my wife ordered a mushroom and Swiss burger and found hair in her food. We didnt say not anything just threw it out and will not be returning. Also seems like some of the workers has attitudes like the customer is bothering them. Refuse to return ever again.

Went here with my family and my grandmother on Tuesday, September 24th ,2024. The smell inside the restaurant was a weird smell . The service was beyond slow. And the staff didn’t know much about their own meun . Not super helpful or super friendly the staff , seemed like we were bothering them . This was our 1st time going to Culver’s . It’s not super impressive . You have to pay 35 cents for sauces and pay extra money on fries . Unbelievable the bacon burger was good. The bacon was bubbly, which I liked . They had no sweet tea or unsweetened tea up front. We’d didn’t even bother to ask the ( the useless staff if they had any sweet tea in the back). We paid more than we wanted to for dinner when we could’ve went out to a steakhouse for a few dollars more. They were selling merchandise, which looked cute but had no prices .

Was the first customer of the day on my first ever visit to a Culver’s. Friendly welcoming staff and clean dinning area. Clean restroom and clean out side dinning area. My impression of the double meat with cheese was alright. The crinkle fries not so special in my opinion. Would return to this location and will eat at other Culver’s.

First trip to Culver’s and I was pretty impressed with how clean and nice the inside of the restaurant is. The design is really nice. The food is good but where I normally wouldn’t go for a double it’s probably worth it here. The single is a bit small. Also their burger is served with mayo and no catch-up so if you’re not a fan of mayo make sure you special order. I spent some extra on cheese curds and they are super and the portion was pretty good. I could see splitting it with a partner.

I bragged to a friend about the roast beef being the best sandwich, that he ended up ordering the roast beef sandwich for himself instead of the hamburger that he really wanted. In the past, the rb sandwich would be so juicy, but today that wasn’t the case. It was very dry and you can tell it had been sitting around for awhile. I will not ever recommend anything of yours again.

I was just at this restaurant. The food was terrible. I had the cod sandwich which was so greasy, it was dripping on my lip. The French fries were not cooked thoroughly. Just horrible. My husband’s burger was practically burned. We threw everything in the garbage.

I go to Culver’s for the ice cream. I’ve had two meet and greet interviews with attorneys I work for at this location, it’s the perfect spot and atmosphere (and alternative for people who don’t drink coffee). I highly recommend.
