Good food. Especially for “fast” food. Although depending on what you order it may not be fast at all. Seems to be much faster when you order inside. Prices are reasonable I guess. They’re comparable to everything else. Nice compromise if you want something better than fast food but not necessarily a full service meal.

We don’t usually eat in fast food establishments, but we love Culver’s. It is hard to even call it a fast food place because it just has a totally different vibe. It’s like a fast food place and a traditional American diner in one. Staff is very friendly. Food is great quality, always fresh and delicious, and there is something here for everybody who eats regular food with no dietary restrictions.

Went through the drive through and placed an order for multiple items. There was one vehicle ahead at the time we placed our order and due to the size of our order we were asked to pull forward and wait while our order was put together. About 20 minutes later multiple vehicles came and went and we still did not have our order, we stopped a waiter who was walking by after delivering an order to another patron who arrived after we did and asked where our order was and he advised that he would check. An additional 10 minutes or so passed by and still nothing so we went inside to inquire. It would appear that the folks inside had forgot about us and our order and vice admit their mistake the young lady inside chose to be rude and said it was due to the size of our order. We ordered 2 burgers, a chicken sandwich, 2 orders of chicken tenders, some cheese curds and mashed potatoes, while sizeable, multiple vehicles came and went and after 30 plus minutes the order should have been fulfilled minus the attitude. Furthermore the burgers were overdone, zero flavor, and no utensils were provided just an overwhelming disappointment and waste of time.

Be prepared to wait for not so fresh food. We waited for 30 minutes for our food and watched them serve 7 cars who ordered food after us. We finally went in and spoke with a manager who grabbed our food, sitting under the heat lamp, and bagged it up. The burger bun was hard, the fires were mushy and the cheese sauce had hardened from sitting so long. Striving for quality food?

I got my annual fix of Walleye today. I got the Two Piece Dinner. Always excellent. I still stand behind the Cod Filet as one of the best sandwiches out of all of the other eating establishments like this. Again if there is a way to get my Burger without being so overcooked (crispy) I would love to know how to do it.
