Due to time constraints we tried this Culver’s location instead of the one closer to our house.
Unfortunately both customer service & food were Not to the same standards as our Culver’s .
Manager gave us a hard time about a 10% off coupon that we received via email and we offered a screen shot to make the promo code larger for their convenience, after the girl at the register didn’t know what to do she called the manager and he told us no but it could of been handled in a better manner. So after searching for the email we finally got the discount , we then pulled up to the front and waited about 20min more and the same manager dropped off food on his way before coming to our car instead of going to our vehicle in front of the line so traffic can move and I felt like I was holding up the line of traffic again.
Then we pulled over to eat as it was getting later & later . All Our food was cold except for the onion rings which felt like they came right out of the oil which explains why our food was probably cold including the fries . We chose not to go back after our experience with management. Soon enough we did not feel well as the meal didn’t settle well in our stomachs . A little stressful and not worth the $30 price tag and getting physically sick over ! If We go back to eat Culver’s it will be to our location from now on or not at all .
Sorry but I do not recommend this restaurant unless you dine in perhaps.?

It was my first time and it wasn’t good. The salad leaves were awful, definitely not edible. I think they’d been in the fridge for days. So I didn’t eat more than half of it.

First time dining in at this Culver’s after usually ordering delivery, and it was an awesome experience. My mom and I felt very welcomed by the staff. The young men at the counter were so sweet, they walked us through the menu, brought our food to the table, and kept such a positive attitude. The food was hot, fresh, and delicious. Thank you

We ordered 2 kids meals, cheese curds, double cheese burger melt on sour dough bread and it was all delicious. The service is always friendly and fast. The restraunt is clean and the noise level is very nice to be able to visit. The prices are fair for the quality of the food. The drive through is always busy, but there is always parking available when dining in. I enjoy the food here and especially the cheese curds. I like the two different types of cheeses, although I wish the breading was thinner. I will be coming back.

Stopped in to have a custard concrete mixer. Ordered and paid. Sat down to wait for my order and 15 minutes passed. I went to the counter to ask about my order and they asked what I had ordered. I told them two concrete mixers. They pulled the mixers out of a freezer and asked if these were what I ordered. I told them nobody came around with these as I would have told them they were mine. I guess it was too much work for the 4 people at the counter and the mixer station to do to try and deliver an order to a customer. Terribly disappointed in the service provided by this team.

Out of all the Culver’s I’ve been to….the staff here is by FAR the friendliest! We were greeted with a very loud and proud “Welcome to Culver’s!” it was the type of welcoming you could actually feel and knew it was genuine. I placed an order online, and it came back slightly different than what I ordered. However, the staff took care of it ASAP with a smile on their face too! It’s almost like they were happy a mistake was made, and simply saw it as an opportunity to be an even better company and employee! 🙂 We were indeed impressed. Despite how popular they were….their restaurant remained super clean inside and out and up to par. We were so happy with the service we received today. Their cute outdoor seating was very welcoming, their food was fresh, and overall it hit the spot. Thanks Culver’s!

Food is always fresh and staff is friendly. I recommend this location. They’re quite busy during certain hours so it may take a bit longer but that’s to be expected. Never had an incorrect order.

So, we decided to try Culver’s. Fries were good but they messed up our order. My burger melt was very lacking, the burger was half the size of the bread, no flavor. Consisted of the patty, an onion and cheese. Husband couldn’t eat the chicken sandwich..the color was weird (could of been dark meat) I’m not sure. We both ordered fries but only got one, so we shared. Not worth $20 we spent.

Not a bad burger and fries joint. The milk shakes are good and perfect for dipping your fries. The triple with bacon is amazing but one of the best things for me was the chicken tenders. Lol silly I know but they were big and crispy just the way I like them. Try it out!
