Not one to ever post reviews. But i think customers and ownership need to know. Overall, management turned a bad scene into a horrible mess for any restaurant. Numerous other customers waited similar lengths of time as per below. Some were getting refunds. Many said they are never coming back.
Waited 85 minutes for our food. It was obvious they were busy so we tried to be patient. After 50 minutes I spoke with a manager. Said he thought it was up and ready. Asked again and he answers that he would check on it. Went up front and reminded them I was still waiting. No change. A couple more not so friendly interactions occurred. After a couple customers began complaining louder, a general manager came from the back and got the order out after a couple minutes.
Frustrating part was lack of the first manager doing anything. He just kept stuffing burgers into bags for the drive-through window. Seems like they are told the priority is addressing the drive through window.
Food was great. I had walleye, wife had shrimp. The lack of basic understanding of customer service and problem solving ruined the evening.

I never been to one of these before and was stunned at the superb quality of the food and layout of the restaurant in and of itself. Plenty of room around the tables. Excellent customer service.

I think it’s time to take a break from Culver’s in Zephyrhills. Tonight I ordered something different, the beef pot roast sandwich and pretzel bites for carryout. Waited quite a while even though they weren’t busy. When I got home & opened the sandwich box I was disappointed with the amount of meat on the bun. For the price I think there should be a good-sized helping on the bun. The pretzel bites were very brown and tasted burnt. Good thing the cheese sauce covered up the taste. The last few times I’ve ordered a scoop of the flavor of the day the “flavors” are piled on top of the custard, instead of being mixed through the custard. To me that’s a sundae. Sorry, I’m done with this Culver’s.

Prices at this location are sky high. I order the same thing each time… at the Wesley chapel location, my meal is $15. At this location it is $20. For $20 I can go get a steak dinner at Longhorn. Their cheese sauce was watery AND they were out of hamburger buns!! Ridiculous. Will not be back.

I have never encountered such rude employees in my entire life. Last night I ordered a custard with several toppings and was told to move to the side and wait. When the girl came out and handed it to me, it had peanut butter in it. I very nicely told her that I did not order peanut butter. I said, I’m sorry to cause her trouble, but could I please have it fixed since I didn’t order peanut butter? She leaves, comes back and yells at me very nasty that she checked and that I did in fact order peanut butter and I need to annunciate when I order and to make sure I order correctly next time. I cannot believe how rude she was. I asked my passenger and she confirmed I never said peanut butter…. But even if I did, why do I get yelled at and treated so harshly because of a misinterpreted order? This location needs to better train their staff on customer service and being pleasant. There are MANY restaurants and places you can go where you can be treated with kindness – this Culver’s is not one of them.

I took my grandchildren here and they had a good time and a good appetite for their butter burgers, chicken strips and cheese fries ( the best) They even got ducked! So sweet, they loved their ducks and got custard to share! They only thing I can say is I wished the tables in the dining room were wiped down better but otherwise good experience! Thank you

Best fast food around. I’ve never had a bad meal from here. Burgers are always delicious and staff is always friendly. I eat here once a week and I love the cheese sauce you get with the fries. Culvers is pure comfort food. Get a concrete mixer afterward, I recommend blueberry, but they are all good. 5/5

I don’t mind waiting because I’m expecting my food to be hot and fresh. But when you wait and your fries are luke warm and burger is so cold the cheese hasn’t melted it disappointing. I used to go once a week because I enjoyed the food but stopped because I had a couple bad experiences. I decided tonight to give it one more try, what a let down.
