Had my very first experience in this Culver’s and may I say, what a pleasant one. Despite two mistakes on my order, the pleasant service of a worker was able to correct with no hesitation and offered to let us keep the fries that given by mistake. The ice cream and pumpkin spice shake were also really scrum-dilly-yumcious!!! Will possibly come back when I’m really craving it but not as often 🙂 thanks again 🙂

The worst experience and customer service. Incompetent couldn’t even make one single ice cream order correctly. Not to mention I waited almost 30 minutes for just a mixer. While I was waiting for my ice cream as #25 I was watching orders 26-30 be served entire meals til I had to call inside to ask about my ice cream apparently there was “no number 25”. They also cut me off everytime I was trying to explain my situation. There was no #25 yet I was charged for my order and the #25 sticky note was on my side mirror. Then when they finally came out they gave me a mini chocolate concrete mixer with hot fudge when I asked for a small vanilla concrete mixer with caramel and other mix ins. When I told her that wasnt my order she was visibly annoyed and said well thats what the order said and asked if I wanted her to go make the small. I said no as my toddler was already very upset from the long wait. Terrible service.

Today was my first time eating at a Culvers and OMG was it amazing!! The place was so so clean!! The bathroom smelled clean too! The food was so fresh the staff was so friendly and helpful with the menu. There was so much to choose from and everything we got was delicious and I can’t wait to go back! It’s a little more pricey then ur normal fast food but the price is worth it!! I highly recommend this place!!

Food is good, very well prepared. And the place is clean.
The service is very good and this is an excellent crew.
Big shoutout to Bri: last week we visited the restaurant with out of country friends, and Bri was very supportive! She way amazing!!! She helped us ensuring iced tea was always available (given it was late at night) and she was very patient explaining to our friends the menu and all options.
Shoutout to Bri for her more than excellent work!

This is the second time I got a burger and fries that was barely warm. It was if they have been sitting there forever. The burger was so dry and hard like it had been cooked hours ago. I tried to give them one more chance but it still ended up being a very disappointing experience. I sat in the drive thru for a very long time they could have at-least served decent food. What a waste of money. If I could have given zeros I would have and I don’t usually write reviews but I had to this time.

Had to repeat the order 3 times. You say extra pickles they ask no pickles, you say extra pickles please and get 2 on the burger… the other 3 items on the order were also messed up. The food was cold. Charged for 4 meals and 2 were just sandwiches if they could listen. It is not hard to work fast food. Get it together.

Pulled up to order two small custard ice creams. $8. No professionalism, no good customer service.
The guy at the windows had his back toward us when I pulled up. He never greeted us nor provided an update about the order as we waited about 5 minutes. We were the only ones there with the exception of one customer that walked in while I was waiting at the drive through window. Then a girl came up, with two very small servings of ice cream. This did not seem like it had been served correctly. She didn’t provide a receipt so I asked for one. She walked away without saying anything, I thought she didn’t hear me so I tried to repeat it to the guy with his back turned to us wearing the drive through headset. He never turned ro look at us. 2 minutes later the girl reappeared with a receipt.
Do those employees not have any training? They don’t care about the customer and don’t seem to like their job. I never plan on returning. I can get high quality ice-cream at Whits in Wellington for less than the price at Culvers and in a better atmosphere.
