I have stopped at this place many times, and always enjoyed the food and service consistently. Unfortunately not sure what was going on last night at the drive through, I ordered a one scoop Frozen Custard with m&m. This is what I got (the picture doesn’t need explanation), I couldn’t believe they decided to hand out this to me like it was no big deal.
I asked the employee who brought it to my car if that was my order, and he looked at me like I was asking a stupid question. He turns around without responding and runs back inside. I just wanted to check because that clearly isn’t worth $3.99 or is a scoop of frozen custard. That was melted ice cream, not even a scoop, with 6 m&m on top. I checked the rest of my order, no napkins, utensils or receipt inside the bag. I was in a rush to work, didn’t have time to go inside and complain, main reason why I went through the drive through. Disappointed because I have zero complaints about this place, but the service last night wasn’t the best.

Counter staff was nice, inexperienced but nice. Can’t fault a restaurant for having new help, but you can fault them for their food quality. Kinda ticked about the quality and presentation of the food. I just hope that management fixes this for the next customer who orders the pot roast. But know that I won’t be ordering it again.

This was a good location coming back from the Port. All of the employees were extremely nice and despite how busy it was the food came out within 5 minutes which was impressive. It’s honestly a good value and no complaints. Forgot to take a pic of the food because we were hungry but build your own butterburger was good, the cheese curds were great as was the grilled chicken sandwich.

I recently moved to this area, and Culver’s has always been one of my go-to restaurants. Unfortunately, my experiences at this location haven’t been pleasant. On multiple visits, my orders have been incorrect or missing items. One order came without the sauces I requested, another time the bacon was undercooked, and on a separate visit my cheese sauce was missing, there was no bacon on my burger, and the fries looked like they had been re-cooked. To make matters worse, I asked for a Coke Zero and got a lemonade.
I really enjoy Culver’s and want to keep supporting this location, but consistency and quality have been disappointing so far. I hope the store takes this feedback seriously, as I would love to have the same great Culver’s experience I’m used to.

I absolutely love the Culver’s bacon deluxe burger! If you love burgers that are not greesy and perfectly put together each time you order them, this is your spot!! Our daughter loves Culver’s as well (chicken tenders for her) and the awesome thing is you can trade your coupon on the kid’s meal bag for a free custard- I always go with the flavor of the day so she can try new things. Culvers seriously never let’s us down- from their excellent customer service, to the hot food, to the atmosphere at this location! Thank you Culver’s for being our family tradition for when we want burgers!

The worse Culver’s ever. I ordered a banana split with only chocolate ice cream, whip cream, chocolate syrup and the banana. When I received my order, the ice cream was half melted and with out the banana. Jaylee had the worst customer service ever. I will still eat at Culvers but unfortunately not the one located at Lake Nona

What a delightful experience. Let’s begin by sharing that the restaurant has a great atmosphere. It is cozy and great for families. I had the classic butter burger and cheese curds. Prices are fair for the amount of food served. They did not disappoint. I like the pickle on top of the burger as I think It’s a nice touch. This will be a favorite place to visit with family and friends. Service is good and I hope they continue to work hard to keep customers happy.

Finally get to try out one of these places! My wife and I have heard about them so we were excited to give it a whirl!
First off the place is designed suberbly. The smaller windows, and interior design choices make it feel less restaurant like and more homie. We both liked that. Staff seemed nice but a little rattled I think still as the location is still pretty new, more on that later.
The food was great! When we got it anyway :). Quality was good and tasted delicious. No complaints from the cod, burger, or shakes. Great job!
Only problem we had was stuff was entered I correctly on the order, and we were missing several items from that order when it arrived at the table. Everything eventually worked out so no problems there. I think once the staff gets used to everything and gets the nerves out of the way I can edit this rating to a 5-star. Till then, be aware this location is new and may run into slight snags
