Culver’s has to be one of our favorite places to eat burgers and dessert. The food is great and the staff is usually nice. However, we experienced a very unpleasant moment with Penny (team trainer). My daughter and I were ordering our food when a Door Dash woman went to the “Pick Up” shelf to get the food she was going to deliver. Right then Penny stopped mid-sentence taking our order and yelled at the woman in front of a packed Friday evening dinner line. She said, “Don’t come behind this counter to get the food. You ask for your order, you just don’t pick it up.” To add insult to injury, she said in a condescending tone and volume, “Don’t you ever do that again!” I was embarrassed for the lady who definitely seemed confused and hurt. The patrons who saw the ordeal seemed very uncomfortable as well. According to the information on the food shelf, it stated clearly to pick up your food. However, Penny demeaned her and rose to a level that was definitely uncalled for. After we sat down, Penny proceeded to talk to another employee about what occurred and we over heard her continued justification of her tone. Very unprofessional and unpleasant. I hope Culver’s in Casselberry can create a better way for Door Dash employees to receive their food without being called out to the whole restaurant.

This was a great experience! The staff was incredible! Greeted before we got in the door. Food was fresh and delicious. The restaurant and bathrooms were clean. And the staff we friendly and attentive! I would go out of my way to come back here! Absolutely fabulous

“Welcome to Delicious” in Cassellberry, FL was happy to let us have our rehearsal lunch and so were we! They even put our name below the Culver’s sign. Alex manager in training was able to take a photo of us on our wedding day! Thank you, Culvers in Cassellberry for making our day special!

I wouldn’t normally make a review for fast food restaurants but the customer service we received from this gentleman was A1. Caleb in the drive through was so polite, professional and pleasant. He took his time but was very proficient with taking our order. His positive attitude is very much contagious. Great job young man. I hope you get a bonus or a raise. You made our experience one to remember. We’ll definitely be back again.

I dined in tonight with my son and we had such a wonderful experience, we always do but tonight was just so lovely. From every staff member in the front who was so helpful and sweet to Tyler the manager. Tyler is an incredible manager and I seen first hand what a hard worker he really is. He was very personable with everyone and was getting orders out left and right! And it was very busy but the way the staff worked together you wouldn’t realize how long the drive through line was. I know to them I’m just another customer that they see but my son and I walked away with such a good experience and such a nice Friday dinner. Thank you!

Everything great I’ve come to expect from Culver’s. Clean, great WiFi, superb service, hot well presented food, healthy options, although the broccoli was a little bland there’s plenty of salt and pepper to spice it up and I’m sure more if needed. My favorite fast food option. Judy is an absolute sweetheart!

After I paid for my food in full with the cashier I later get notified by a team member that they are not allowed to place toppings on the bottom of custard due to “cross contimination”. I have been to multiple other Culvers and have ordered my food the same without there ever being an issue about my sundae order requests. It also would have been nice to have been told that is not allowed at this location before paying for that order and requesting it that way at the register. Never coming back to this location again.
