Worst Culver’s experience ever, but still gave them 3 stars. I think they were lacking supervision the night we went. Took for ever to take our Oder and get the food out. No one was wiping down tables, they were literally all dirty. Bathrooms were pretty gross. Should have turn around and left when we saw the trash can at the entrance spilling out onto the ground.

Of all the Culver’s locations I eaten at this location is by far the worst. First we were not greeted or made to feel welcome at all. The girl taking our order was most unfriendly, barely spoke a word. The food came out fairly quick but was almost inedible. Burgers were stone cold. So much so that the cheese never melted. Hamburger buns tasted stale and very crumbly. Even as I wrote this review I wish I could get the strange taste out of my mouth. Most locations I’ve been to have someone coming around to visit guests to make sure if they need anything. I never saw anyone. Most of the employees seemed to be gabbing loudly amongst themselves with their backs to the counter. The ladies room was horrible. An employee came out as I was going in. The restroom was unclean… too unclean for 11:30. You had a faucet running that would not shut off and a paper towel dispenser broken and lay empty on the counter. Water all over counter as customers have no way to dry their hands. So how did employee wash and dry her hands? I can honestly say when I’m in Destin I will steer clear of this place. A disgusting experience. Date I came in was 12-31-25 @ 11:30am.

This was my first time here and the food, though a bit expensive, was delicious! We ordered at the table through the app and took quite a while for our meals to be brought to us. But it was worth the wait! (They forgot our drinks but brought them right away upon request.) EVERYTHING tasted fresh…hamburgers, French fries, onion rings, and chocolate custard! We will definitely eat here again while here on vacation! (Sadly there’s not a Culver’s in central Louisiana where we’re from. ) P.S. We dug right in when we got our food and I forgot to take pictures!

We had lunch here today with my family, and we all ordered a “Cod Dinner.” The cod tasted amazing, better than what they serve in a 5 stars restaurants. The staff were friendly and courteous, especially Mikel who served our lunch. Highly recommended.

One of the best chicken crispy sandwich that I ate ever, good fries and onion rings (was my first time tried this place because in Georgia we don’t have to much locations of this franchise), the only problem was the customer service, I went to pickup but they have a big crowd of people to attend in the dine-in I suppose was typical (Friday night), but after waiting almost 10 min for my order I went inside and could pickup my order normally without problem.

Beware of this place. Do not eat here! Walked in , no greeting, got served a cheeseburger that made me sick with diarrhea and the worst heartburn ever all night. Wiry haired supervisor/ shift manager handed me my food, no “thanks have a nice day ,” nothing .
When you go in , take a two minute look at the cooks and the staff and ask yourself, do these people wanna be here? Do these people care?
Are they gonna make you fresh food ? NOT! Turn around and leave!!!

We stopped in for a concrete mixer. We were promptly waited on at 2:17 PM on November 26, 2025. We were given a number and our receipt and we sat down. We were the only customers on the inside 15 minutes later I approach the counter to find three young ladies standing there chitchatting. Not one of them approached the counter to see what the issue was I looked at them and said it’s been 15 minutes since I placed an order. Tonya asked me if it was food or ice cream. I stated that it was ice cream. She looked at my receipt, handed it back and stepped over and picked up our concrete mixer. It was already soft. I asked her her name and took the mixer and sat down. The lack of regard for customer service was very obvious. We had frequently Culver’s many times this was our first visit to the one in Destin. It will be our last. I understand this is locally owned and operated. Very sad.

Everything we come here we have to ask for sweet tea as the tea available by the sodas is empty. When we let the staff know they look at us like we are bothering them or that’s not my job.. food was great.

The lady in front of us had issues and it took. Out ten minutes to place our order because of that. They finally fixed her issues and we ordered a pretty simple meal for two. We got our drinks and our number and sat down. My wife and I were talking for a while when we realized it had been 20 minutes and no food. I kept seeing people in the drive thru stop and get their food and leave. My wife went up to check on our order and the lady was super rude saying it’s not ready yet, you probably ordered something complicated and other people ordered something easy. My wife asked again how long it would be and the lady went back to check and found out 0rder sitting there waiting for who knows how long. No apologies or anything just here ya go.
