Typical Culver’s goodness. Butter burgers, fish sandwiches, salads, cheese curds, custard, root beer.
The service here was very good. Friendly. Helpful. The French fries were served hot and crispy. The burger was good. They didn’t quite get the order correct. The root beer soda is delicious.

This review is just for the ice cream (frozen custard).

This location was very clean, the staff was friendly and the service was great. We ordered quickly with basically no wait and our order was brought to our table in a reasonable amount of time.

We had two cones, a vanilla and caramel mixer and a chocolate and hot fudge mixer. All were very good and flavorful.

There was even a guy training a new woman on how to clean and his direction was very thoughtful on how to clean booths correctly with different rags for different areas and how to greet guests.

Overall a good place to visit.

The service at the counter (Elijah) was great. We were on our first visit and he was very patient and helpful while we placed our order. In the dining area we were met by Mary Jane who made sure we were happy with everything and she even insisted on taking our tray when we were done. Very pleasant atmosphere with great employees that represent Culver’s in the most positive light possible.
I highly recommend Culver’s as in addition to the awesome customer service, the food was spectacular and although all restaurants have gone up in price I felt Culver’s was more than reasonable when you add in the knowledge of great service and great food. Thank you employees for doing such a great job!!!

Absolutely love Culvers on Applachee Parkway. Great service this dog in truck next to me in drive thru waiting area would agree. I love how they put stickers on side view mirrors to identify drive thru customers. #JRideReviews Brand will be back many times.

I’ve been here a few times, but last night I ordered a veggie burger with grilled onions from DoorDash and I was impressed! Props to the restaurant and my driver for getting my food to me hot and accurately. I love onions, so being able to add them on for free made me happy.

Organization is nonexistent. Takes away the fast out of fast food. I waved goodbye my concrete mixer as it was being handed to the car next to mine, which arrived 10 minutes after me. Had to wait a total of 20 minutes for the right order, which was a lone concrete mixer. You’re better off going to DQ.

I visited Culver’s on Apalachee Parkway (Store #992) and ended up waiting almost 10 minutes just to place my order. The cashier at register seven seemed more focused on chatting and joking with the drive-thru customer than keeping the line moving. You could even see her leaning out of the window laughing while the car was rocking — meanwhile, the other drive-thru lane was moving much faster.

I understand being friendly and providing good customer service, but professionalism means knowing how to balance that with efficiency. When customers are waiting, the line should keep moving. A smile and a little conversation are great — but it shouldn’t come at the expense of everyone else’s time.

Food is fine, but my biggest gripe is the number of times I’ve ordered a “Single” burger and been automatically charged (and served) a “Double” patty burger. Usually I catch it and correct the cashier before paying, but it’s very disappointing that the default is to charge people for the “Double” even if we specifically order the “Single”.

I use the drive-through for this visit. Culver’s drive-through is unique and that you stop at a booth prior to the building. The employee there takes your order and direct you to a numbered parking. Space where you wait. This process worked well and was efficient. I ordered a chocolate milkshake and it was reminiscent of a homemade milkshake with premium ice cream. It was good. However, I tend to use Dairy Queen as my measure for milkshakes. I still tend to like them better than the one I got at Culver’s.
