This is going to be my last time at this location for a while. The food is not the way it used to be or maybe this place just doesn’t know how to prepare it. I love the onion rings but the last 4 times I’ve been here they are soggy and salty. I asked for cheese sauce and had to go inside to get what I ordered , then I was questioned because they had not put it on my receipt. I didn’t mind paying but damn I asked the guy at the window if he had it on there. “Yes ma’am” same thing at the next window “ Yes we have it added.” Wasn’t in there so I had to inside and get the sauce.. it’s really gross!

I ordered the Single butter burger basket with fries and a drink. The restaurant on Collins was clean and the staff was very nice and professional. Considering there always busy, my wait was on about 15min. after I ordered. I asked for my burger all the way, no onions. It had no pickles or ketchup and mustard, which I asked. Then the disappointment ! When I got home everything was still hot. The petty was very very thin and dried out. I don’t know if it was dried out because of over cooked or because of the thinnest of the burger. I use to go to Culvers sometimes twice a week religiously. I stopped because my last order ended up being someone else’s order about 7 months ago. (Drive-thru). I had a taste for this burger and while I don’t live right around the corner, it’s about 5miles away. So that’s my disappointment. I don’t mind spending the money for a good burger, and honestly since they opened, Unless I was at a Restaurant, Culver is the only place that I would get a burger from. After this visit, it will probably be a while. I only ate half of the burger. A waste of money because it was so dry, the rest will be trashed. And I don’t like to waste food, when their are so many hungry people, that doesn’t have food.

Hello visited this location twice in the last few weeks and both experiences were horrible. The wait time is ridiculous we legit waited 30 plus minutes and the orders were always wrong such as not containing all our items etc. The visit on 1-29-2026 was horrible my chocolate mint shake tasted horrible the burger we ordered was dry barely had any cheese on it for it to be a mushroom n Swiss. No marinara sauce or condiment offered for my cheese curds. My chili supreme I guess wasn’t made correctly the first time because this time I had onions in it which was horrible. We won’t be back and this is so disappointing because this is the only Culver’s near us.

Against my better judgment I decided to stop again at this location! My kid was hungry after a race so since I don’t like plastic in my chicken sandwich like last time, I only ordered the kids burgers.
Burger with cheese, lettuce, pickles and ketchup only! I guess I should have said the bun too? I didn’t realize I have to say make sure the bun comes with it! This is hilarious. Pic says it all. Lettuce and half the bun all we got. Not even going to talk about the lady that came out to tell everyone to move their cars being extremely rude. My kid immediately said mom why is she being so rude?! I have no one to blame but myself.
Since this is my second amazing experience at this location Google somehow edited my review replacing the first one with chicken sandwich with plastic in it. Clearly the restaurant doesn’t care.

It’s obviously not gourmet, but for a smash burger it was real good. Everything was hot. Fries crisp. The burger makings was good and fresh. I was absolutely satisfied for the price. I love the fact the cheese curds get liquid cheese as a dipper. I’ll definitely go back and try something else just to get the fullest of the menu. Great service and great atmosphere.

This location is just not good at all. I love Culver’s and live close by this one but I dont get it as much as I’d like because I have to make 40 minute trip to another location just to get a decent meal. This one is always wrong on everything. You Get chili cheese fries they give you regular fries get a mushroom Swiss they just give a plain burger with provolone on it. Most of the time it is like warm at best.

Firstly, the food was absolutely wonderful and I have no comments other than positive. On the service side, there was a new employee on the front lines. It was packed in two rows of the drive thru and inside, but the new employee was being guided well by a seasoned employee. When we sat down, we didn’t expect it to be a 30-40m wait, but we also did not expect to see six of the workers all on break in the front of house. They were eating outside food, cursing, and were, at times, very loud watching Instagram reels. Service was very backed up, and it felt like a lot for them all to be sitting out on their phone in the lobby.
This review is not to say don’t go here – the food was awesome. This is more so the owner/manager can know what the state of the place was when we went this evening.

Never will I order the cod sandwich which has been my favorite. The cod single doesn’t even cover the bread. When has this changed. It’s not even a full sandwich for the price. Everyone makes changes to cut corners. But this is it for me . At least Capt Ds give you 2 pieces of fish in there sandwich for much less. Do better Culvers. Asked for ketchup never got it.
