I had an absolutely wonderful experience at the Culver’s on Hodges! Morgan took my order and provided excellent service right from the start.
What really stood out was when manager Becca came by to clear my table and even brought me extra Coke without me having to ask. Her attention to detail and genuine care for customers really made my visit special.
Both Morgan and Becca were amazing and represent the best of what great customer service looks like. It’s clear this location has fantastic staff who take pride in what they do. I’ll definitely be back!
Highly recommend this Culver’s – the food is great, but it’s the people like Morgan and Becca that make it truly excellent.
It was a very positive experience, not only the food, but stellar service! We were greeted by Bella, who actually took the time to explain the menu and find out what we were in the mood for and was very patient and she was very sweet.
After we got our food, a young man, Miles, asked us if we needed anything, and we asked for ketchup and he brought us some ketchup and asked if we needed anything else.
Then the manager, Joe, came by and asked how everything was..that was very nice
Even though this is a fast food restraunt, the whole experience was great, and we are definitely going back!
I went for the frozen custard. It has always been good at the various locations where it was ordered, and this one is no exception. I often choose the hot fudge sundae. It tastes good, is quite inexpensive, and is a good size, so I do not feel like I have been gorging on sweets to excess.
On a recent trip, I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich. Out of curiosity, I checked Google and asked whether Culver’s served processed chicken or fresh chicken. The answer was it was fresh and that Culver’s was proud to be serving fresh food to its customers.
Ever since then, I have been a fan, particularly of the grilled chicken sandwich and the hot fudge sundae. The store is always neat and clean, the employees who work there are friendly and it is always a pleasant experience.
Firstly, the drive through employee was condescending and the only polite thing she said was “My pleasure…” – I had placed an order that included a Chocolate Malt and asked for chocolate syrup to be added to it, to which she replied “that’s how it’s made, with chocolate syrup…” not asking if I’d like extra.
I also ordered a cheese sauce cup. The very polite woman brought the $45 worth of food to the car and we drove away. As we separated the meals we pulled the cheese cup out and there was a small layer of cheese on the bottom of the cup, probably about a teaspoon.
We drove a short distance and immediately went back to get the cheese cup replaced. The woman that was bringing the food to cars stopped and I showed her the cup of cheese. She said “I’m sorry, I’ll bring you a new one” – she promptly came back and gave us a bag with a new cheese cup and said “The kitchen sends their apologies”.
The new cheese cup was less than half full and burnt to the lid like it was microwaved. It smelled horrible, so we just left. I could really care less about the $0.99 – but the fact that I came back and was served another cup that was no better than the first is so disappointing.
I can assure you I will never visit that location again, even though it’s right outside of my neighborhood at Glen Kernan. Do better.
