Wow! What a great experience from a fast food place. I was feeling negative on fast food after a Taco Bell visit a couple days ago…yuck. I came across this Culver’s on Montgomery Crossroad, and boy was I pleased. I ordered the Spicy Chicken Sandwich and it was the best that I ever had. My spicy resistance is off the charts, so it wasn’t really spicy for me, but for others it’s probably spicy. I also had the onion rings that were also great. Next time, and there will be a next time, I’ll order the burger. I hear they’re famous for great burgers. A++ for these guys.
A couple of other comments. Their credit card processing system was out, so I had to pay cash. Not a big problem because I always carry cash. I saw an employee apologize to a customer when telling him that they were only accepting cash. The man turned around and left. Not 10 minutes later he was back with cash. He could have gone anywhere else that took credit cards, but he found an ATM and came right back. That shows just how good the food is.
The restaurant is immaculate and it was also very quiet. I noticed the carpet which probably dulled the acoustics. Another problem was that there was water all over the bathroom counter and floor. It looked like someone took a shower in there, but I’m not holding that against them. Other than that the bathroom was clean and the soap and towel dispensers worked fine.

Ordered online curbside pick up. Wait time wasn’t long however the food wasn’t hot and my burger wasn’t done. Very disappointed

Went and decided to eat at the restaurant. Placed the order we got 2 kids meals a bacon dbl delux meal and I got the pot roast dinner. The girl rung me up, my mistake maybe I should have asked if the dinner comes with a drink. Not until after I paid was I told it did not. Ok any way, went and looked for somewhere to eat. All tables which were for the most part empty were filthy. We cleaned up the table. Next dinner comes and we are missing fries I went up to the counter and told the young man behind the counter that I didn’t get the fries he turned around said something to a woman and then waked away. Then another person came in who was handed to wrong meal. He stop helping me and went to help the girl instead when he finished he looked at me and ignored me. I had to ask for the fries again. Not a word from him nothing no apology. Then I go back to the table and my wife realized that they had ripped off the free scoop coupons from the bags. Again I went back up and asked about it told the kid I had two bags with missing coupons and he looked at me turned around and gave me just one. I had to restate I had two. Again no apology and not a word spoken. This place was once a great place and service was once top notch. I’m sorry to say not anymore.

Hey there! Just got back from Culver’s and here’s the lowdown:
Butter Burgers: Hands down, THE BEST! Juicy, buttery, and cooked to perfection.
Fries: not my favorite, but could be crispier. Maybe a tweak to the cooking method?
Coolers: BRING THEM BACK ALL YEAR ROUND! I miss those creamy, dreamy treats!
Seafood: Meh. The shrimp was super breaded with hardly any shrimp inside . The seafood sauce was alright, but didn’t save the dish.
Overall: If you’re craving a juicy butter burger, Culver’s is your spot! Just skip the shrimp .
Hope they bring back those coolers soon !

The food is always fresh and delicious! I had an issue that needed attention and the employees who are consistently pleasant, were very willing to help me out. It was a very busy lunch hour and the manager was on hand to to fix the problem. Kudos to everyone at this Culver’s location!

The food tastes great! The staff is friendly and going there is my special treat. I gave it 4 out of 5 stars because my last experience there was a bit disappointing. Usually, I order a delicious burger, fries, a mint milk shake for me and a small cup of vanilla ice cream for my dog. The mint shake is usually well made and topped with whipped cream. The last time I ordered the mint shake, it look and tasted like crap. But, I will give Culver’s another try. I would recommend it as a place for tasty food at a reasonable price.

The Butter Burger was greasy and bland. cold slaw was good. The frozen custard was very grainy and greasy. Will not buy again. Food package was nicely packed for delivery.

I’ve come here a few times already, and every time I end up waiting for a little longer than expected. This time, however, all I ordered was 2 Concrete Mixer ice creams, and watched 6 cars get their food before we had gotten ours. I waited for about 20min, and I finally had to get out and tell them I’d still been waiting. They finally got me the ice cream, and when my wife and I ate them we realized they hadn’t even bothered to mix in the add ins (Oreos/Reese cups). They just sprinkled a little on top and called it good. Last time going there.

Ordered the Flavor of the Day and got a scoop so tiny it could’ve been a taste test. Barely any toppings and definitely not worth the price. When I brought it up, the staff acted like nothing was wrong and insisted this is how it’s supposed to be. Completely disappointed—won’t be back.
