Had a great visit at this location! My husband and I wanted a small lunch so we split a fish sandwich and the onion rings! Everything was so fresh and the staff were very friendly. Will definitely return to this location. Looking forward to burgers and ice cream next time!

I really do like this chain. But here is the problem…
1. They scored low on their inspection… B
2. They always screw up the orders. The car beside us was missed up too.
3. Last week I asked for four (4) Bar-B-Q sauces. They forgot it. Last night I told them to make sure and include the Bar-B-Q sauce this time. They charged me for it.
4. They screwed up our order twice last night, plus the guy next to us.
5. I was so… looking forward to eating my buffalo chicken tenders. Until I pulled out a foot long blond hair connected to it. That’s it.
Just now the corporate office called me back. I asked the woman on the other end if she had a few minutes and she said yes. As… I was trying to explain last night ans she Interrupts me. I said wait I’m not done. She said I’ve listened to you for over eight minutes now and so I just hung up. I’m done. Done. We spend about $100 a week at this place and they will never receive another penny of my money again. We have a choice and it’s not gonna be your establishment.

Definitely the best one we’ve been to South of Kentucky. Originally from Wisconsin so we’ve had all the original Culver’s with all the fresh cheese. Been hard to replicate it seems as you get out of the Midwest. This one has been closest to being actual Wisconsin standards on food taste.

Clean and Tidy. These burgers don’t play. 2 deluxe’s, fries, a sweet tea, and a shake did me in. Also their coleslaw is definately invited to the bbq.

The food has been delicious each time that I have visited. The staff is friendly. The restaurant is clean. They have a wide selection on the menu. The concrete and custard collection is very tasty. There is plenty of parking. The service is great. It is family friendly. I recommend them.

I’m from Wisconsin where Culver’s is our favorite place to eat, so after trying the one here in Rockmart several times it was such a disappointment. I always say no cheese on my burger and it always shows up with cheese. Bun was stale too. Fries were overcooked and hard. Maybe instead of workers standing around chatting they should pay attention to customers orders.
