I ordered online and pulled in and the food was brought right out!! I was very pleased because it is a Friday night and they were really busy!! The food was awesome!! The burgers were great!! Everything was accurate, fresh and hot!! I am never disappointed with this location!! It is worth every penny they charge for these burgers!! I also got a chicken sandwich, onions rings and pretzel bites and we ate it all! I ordered large sides and there was so much food. All I can say is we are fat and happy right now!! Thank you for making our dinner amazing tonight!!

I tried all 3 new chicken sandwiches. The absolute BEST one of the three was the new Grilled Chicken Sandwich. The bun is super fresh and tasty. The grilled chicken was very flavorful and juicy. The vegetables were very fresh, cold and crisp. Then spicy was second best and the regular fried was the third best – but all very delicious. I would definitely order the grilled chicken again in a heart beat. Onion rings are the best, too!!

My experience at Culver’s was extremely disappointing. I ordered a burger that was very poorly prepared, with a significant portion of the patty missing. When I brought this issue to the attention of the manager, I was disappointed that they were unwilling to replace the item or offer a solution. For the price, I expect much better food quality and customer service. I cannot recommend this location based on this visit.

I’m so delighted this Wisconsin chain has moved to GA!!!!
It feels like the CFA of the burger world, and man do they have a delicious burger! That Wisconsin cheese makes a difference!
I can never decide between the hot crispy fries or the onion rings or the cheese curds! Man oh man, they are ALL delicious!
I always order a single butter burger and small side, because you MUST save room for the concrete mixer. (I only have room for the mini, but it is plenty!)
The chocolate custard is so creamy and chocolatey, and like heavenly goodness! I have created so many flavors with the add-ins, but my tried and true go to, is the chocolate mini concrete, with Oreo and salted caramel. if I’m feeling festive, I’ll add either a Reese’s cup or whipped cream!
I strongly encourage you to find the closest Culver’s to you, and enjoy the best fast food you’ve had in a long time!
Don’t care for burgers? Then try the fish or the Reuben here …. both are fabulous!!

The cod sandwich with onion rings were soooooo good & fresh! The fries didn’t fall short of amazing either. Service was 10/10. Smiling faces! Love a happy face!! The ambiance is cool. Just mop the front to get the ole closed in odor out. My first visit and it’s a winner. Drove from Smyrna to check it out. My Daughters brag alllllllll the time soooo! I had to see what the hype was about. I shall return

The new butterfly shrimp is pretty good. I’d say the 6 is enough especially since it comes with cold slaw and fries and a dinner roll. I had 10 but was definitely full.

If I could give negative starts for service, I would. Imagine working all day, going to the gym, and coming home to your pregnant wife that’s craving Culver’s, just to order at the drive thru and they miss an entire meal. Now I know I could just check the bag before I leave, but I had faith that fast food employees wouldn’t forget an entire burger. It was my wife’s too. I paid for the whole meal too so I feel like I got cheated. I ended up going to steak and shake down the road to get her a new burger. Your night shift team is lazy and they don’t care about the work they put in. It seems like they just want a quick paycheck and go home. I’ll never eat at this Culver’s again, maybe not any Culver’s.

My and Eye tried this restaurant. My wife had a cheeseburger and Eye had the fish they both were very bland even with the condiment on them . The deserts were pretty good .

The food is great but the customer service is terrible. Had been a loyal customer until today when I asked to share with a manager some feedback on the two recent takeout orders (no condiments, the burger was undressed). The manager was completely disinterested. “That’s how they come.” Was his answer.
With food prices being what they are, we won’t be back for burgers that can be bought elsewhere for less or with a manager concerned about customer satisfaction.
