This was the 4th time I ordered the cranberry blu grilled chicken salad at this location. The lettuce has always been bad, so I was hoping they had rectified it since I had told the employees about the lettuce in the past. Unfortunately the lettuce on this salad was also wilted and slimy. So, I decided to bring it to the attention of the manager/owner, Tim. I didnt want to make a big deal about it, but I thought he should know. So, I waited til most customers had left the counter area because I was trying to be very discreet when I brought the salad up to show the owner the bad lettuce .He proceeded to look at the salad and asked me what did I feel was wrong with it. He could plainly see most of the lettuce was bad, but instead told me my salad dressing wilted the lettuce and that the lettuce is suppose to look like that. Well, if you think soggy, wilted, slimy, brown lettuce is suppose to look like that. I was in complete disbelief on how rude and arrogant he was to me even though proof of bad lettuce was right in front of him. I also had told him I wasnt seaking a refund or free food, I just wanted him to be aware of the ongoing gross lettuce they have been serving to customers. Well, his bad attitude didnt end at the counter. He showed up at my table while I was sitting with family to show me the disgusting bag of lettuce he brought from the refrigerator in the back. It honestly looked like he had pulled it out of a dumpster. He proceeded to tell me there was nothing wrong with my salad since it came out of the same bag of lettuce, which we all saw was slimy, wilted, and brown. He continued his rant on how all lettuce looks like that and it was totally edible. I told him he was delusional and someone could get very sick from eating it. He basically said whatever and walked off. That still wasn’t the end of the owners horrible ranting. When a server came over to give my granddaughter her frozen custard I asked her for his name. She told me it was Tim. As soon as she left my table she walked over to Tim and told him I had asked for his name. He once again showed back up to my table to yell at me because I asked an employee his name. He was now starting to scare my 11 year old granddaughter with his ranting and yelling. Literally a simple complaint about spoiled lettuce had led this man into a total rage! My family and I were stunned and appauld at his behavior, as were some of the customers at other tables. We left the restaurant with my granddaughter in tears because of his actions. We will never go back to this location as long as he owns it. If you want to eat at Culvers, the Acworth and Jasper locations serve up fresh lettuce, great food, and wonderful service.
*While reading some of the other reviews I am not the only one that has had problems with Tim.

Our first visit to a Culver’s in Georgia, same great experience as in Idaho! Great food and service. I love the pork tenderloin! Another visit today, and still great service and food! —— We now come here most Sundays after church. Great food and friendly service. Good location.

We have had our orders prepared incorrectly nearly every time we’ve ordered using the app. This most recent time, we were kept waiting for 10 minutes after we arrived and had to call the store to get our order delivered, only to discover when we got home that the fries for the burger order, which was ordered gluten free for an allergy, were mixed with the fried fish order. When we called to complain, we were told it was our fault for not calling the store about the allergy to begin with. This is the last time we will ever order from or eat at this facility.

This was my first and last experience with Culver’s, ordered a sour dough and Swiss, this was a mangled and mutilated sandwich, the burger patty was so thin I could almost read through it, the bread was smashed and some idiot cut the sandwich in half. Needless to say, but I’m not a child and under no circumstances should an adults food be cut without being asked.

Everyone else’s food looked and tasted better than mine. My deluxe butter burger didn’t taste fresh. A lot of the fries tasted old & some burned like they had been sitting under a light for a long time. Culver’s is known for fresh good tasting food. Today was just ok. This wasn’t the case at this location.

GIVE MY GIRL CAMRYN A RAISE!! We came in last minute before closing and was welcomed by an amazing staff, very attentive and catered to all of our needs despite the time! Camryn was the sweetest employee and was the most charismatic person ever! We will definitely be back! Thank you for making our first time Culver’s experience the best!

This is one of or favorite places to take our family to eat together.
We especially love seeing the family table full! We call it “the fun table”!
My favorite dish is the cod with cole slaw and steamed broccoli!

When they first opened their food was good, since it has gone downhill. I always like the cod sandwich but the last time, it tasted like it was fried in two week old oil…and very oily. I don’t recommend it.

Decided to go to Culver’s today. Ran through the drive-thru and ordered a butter burger with American cheese. It comes with lettuce, tomato, red onion, and mayonnaise. All their burgers are made to order, so it was piping hot when I got it. Very tasty, just the right amount of veggies. All around good burger. The onion rings are awesome. The batter was light and airy. Perfect crunch. Try their Culver’s sauce! Great lunch for 10$. Will be back.
