First time at this location. Ordered a pork chop sandwich and a Reuben sandwich with a side of onion rings. Order came quickly. My husband checked his Reuben and saw just a tiny bit of sauerkraut and cheese on sandwich. The corned beef seemed skimpy too. He went back to counter to ask for more kraut. Soon after, the cook (Joe) came to table and introduced himself. He wanted to be sure my husband was happy with sandwich. Mr. Joe could see he wasn’t and offered to remake Reuben. He took plate back and returned soon with a much improved Reuben. We told Mr. Joe we appreciated his concern as efforts. He returned again, when we were near finished to check on us. Other restaurants should take note on customer satisfaction. Thank you for hiring Mr. Joe.

Went for lunch last week and was greeted by Gavin, who took our order. What a nice employee- so patient and genuinely friendly. Got lunch and was greeted by Joe while eating. After finishing lunch, Gavin was there again to thank us for coming. Very relaxing lunch- with nice music playing in background. Other restaurants need to take note of the customer service offered here – will definitely be back!

Great people, Great Place, Great Food. This Culver’s was pretty good we got everything that we ordered and the price was what we expected for top of the top fast food BUT where was my marinara for my cheese curds? Unless otherwise requested throw a marinara cup in there i assure you no one will complain plain cheese curds (although very tasty) are not the same without something to go with it whether it be marinara or ranch (like another fast food restaurant who won’t be named…gross) something has to go with it PLEASE
